Difficult to deal with, it is their way or the highway. They want you to pre-pay for services and hearing aids before you receive them, no matter what your insurance. Then when you are owed a refund you wait months for YOUR money. It is clearly not about the customers. They received one star because the people are polite and professional but when it comes to money you are treated very impersonally.

I burst through the door, demanding my hearing accessory impression to be taken immediately. Terrified, the receptionist ducked(because I was jump kicking over her into the back room). Once I had crashed down the audiologist’s door, I was given extremely kind, efficient treatment. She took ear impressions(like dental impressions but on the sides of my head) with a smile, referred me to the terrified receptionist for payment, and let me go. This place is informative, friendly, and most importantly — efficient. The accessory I needed was musician earplugs to preserve my hearing.
