Well, I must admit when they were located on Annapolis Road this place was truly a CLINIC for the under-deserved. But they’ve recently moved to PG Hospital and I think Beyoncé wrote a song about this place«Upgrade You» because this place has made MAJOR changes and renovations and even sports the latest in medical technology. I think the best thing about them is now they only accept patients who have health insurance and no more long waits, they even have a new slew of doctors. I’m excited about the improvements and highly recommend this place and am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

If I could give this joke of a «doctor’s office» a negative 5 stars, I would. I’ve been a patient here for over 14YEARS. The ONE doctor who truly cared about their patients, Linda Green,(and Caroline Samuels, Dr. Sari Beidas before that) has retired & now it’s a whole new ballgame! The front desk is always amazing, much respect to them as is the nursing staff, they care & it shows. I currently have a non healing femur fracture, degenerative disc disease & arthritis in both knees. Yesterday I went for my «monthly medication refills» which I’ve done since 2004, to update them on my tests at Johns Hopkins. I’ve tried to get an approval for an MRI for over a month now. After seeing the«resident» idiot I’ve been dealing with since July, he went & grabbed the same rude, ingrate«attending» I dealt with last month after Dr. Green retired. That woman was a saint to chronic pain patients & actually cared about you. I was rudely talked to like a child by Dr. Nidal Arnous & refused any more than 15 days medication that THISOFFICE has provided to me monthly for over 13 years. I have the records to prove it. The intern/resident/whatever he is, stood there afraid to say a single word when he KNEW Dr. Green had me on these meds for a reason. I’m now referred to a «pain management clinic», I’ve been to one at Johns Hopkins & they agreed that THIS office(being my primary care office) is responsible for providing my medications. Not pushing me off onto another doctor who knows nothing about my medical history. Dr. Arnous totally contradicts himself, telling me that I actually refused a referral last month to a pain management clinic, when I did not &WASNOT provided with one. I was so angry & upset I broke down in tears. I don’t WANT to be in pain, I WANT to get better & live life medication free but at this time, I cannot with the pain I suffer daily. He talks over me, interrupting me, not caring to listen to what I, the patient, has to say to him. I told him to reduce my doses a bit. No and no. He even makes it clear that Dr. Green is gone & it’s all changed. I am no «drug seeker», my scripts are filled at the same pharmacy, never filled early & I submit voluntarily to urine drug tests every month. I’m actually a great patient & never give them any problems whatsoever. Well, you can bet I spoke my mind this time! Funny enough, this entire visit was witnessed by my daughter & recorded on audio. I hope his femur snaps in half like mine did & is refused any pain relief. This place cares about your money, not you. Since Dr. Green left, the«attending» Dr. Manash Das is also scared to prescribe meds to chronic pain patients. I think if the DEA was gonna complain about the small amount of meds I get(and I know I’m not the only patient they prescribe controlled substances to, I’ve spoken with at LEAST10 – 15 regular patients who are prescribed the same kind of medications, there’s more than that, check the size of their«pain contract» folder) they’d have done it long ago. Now, they should be more worried about my attorneys & state reps/Senators inspecting their practice. This is cruelty & inhuman behavior. One medicine I take for seizures, muscle spasm & anxiety could kill me from not taking it. They don’t care. Dimensions Healthcare is a complete farce & they have no business being in practice or running 2 hospitals(see my review on Laurel Regional Hospital, run by the same money hungry jerks as this place.) I hope they all lose their licenses & end up with nothing. If you end up in PG Hospital & need to follow up after an ER visit or hospital stay… DON’T GOHERE. You’ll be treated as if your completely ignorant & shoved into referrals to other doctors so they don’t have to deal with you. Stay FARAWAY from here. Not worth your suffering & being treated like you’re stupid! They should be ashamed of themselves as should whoever gave them a license to «practice medicine».

The doctors and staff here are very rude… EXCEPT for Juanita. I received care at this clinic on two separate occasions to get the Mirena birth control device placed, and then removed. After calling the FDA and the Mirena manufacturers about my hair loss caused by the Mirena, I was advised by both to have it removed. The doctor at this clinic refused to believe that I actually HAD hair loss and said that HIS Mirena placements never caused such problems… but every human body is different! He was very rude and stated«I want you to know that you are wrong.» Some of the staff barely speak fluent English, and the other staff members are short, rude and talk badly about patients in front of other patients. I would not recommend that anybody receive care at this clinic. I wouldn’t take my dog there.
