This is located in the food court of the Oxford Valley Mall and serves really tasty sushi and cooked Japanese food (i.e. Bento boxes, tempura platters, yadda yadda). The prices are low and the quality is very high. The counter staff are always very friendly and the food comes out super fast.
Is it the most amazing sushi ever that will change your life? No, and the ambience depends on the crowd at the mall. I prefer to go during off hours, since Forever 21 is right across from the food court and so the prostitot population can run high. I find it amusing but some might really hate it.
That said, I do visit the mall several times a month specifically to go here. Definitely recommended.
