We had gone here to get 2 pairs of glasses for my wife, the staff initially was nice, did the eye exam and choose frames, in a week the glasses were received from their factory and the prescription was wrong, one eye had blurred vision, upon re-exam now cataracts are there(was never mentioned in the initial exam) then when questioned was told we may need to see a specialist, also diabetes maybe an issue(even though it is under control and being treated by not one but 2 doctors) needless to say we requested a refund(minus the eye exam) and they complied, however when you question their results they act a bit miffed and was rather curt when issuing the refund, if you need single vision lens they do an ok job but when progressives are needed that’s when the fireworks begin, if you need bifocals or progressives we suggest you see a specialist because these chain stores will run you around until your ready to flip out because of their stall tactics. A shame because this location was close to home but if they can’t get the prescription right the 1st time would you give them a 2nd chance? I don’t think so…
