Uno’s shut it’s doors a month ago. Sorry to see it go. I heard it will become a Mexican restaurant.

I went here a little while and it took a 1.5 hours to get our food, and the waitress completely forgot my dad asked her for an additional beer when he finished his first. He asked to cancel it after a while and she didn’t even give a damn that she hadn’t checked on our table for nearly 45 minutes and said she«forgot». I figured it was just our server… Went back recently and it took us nearly as long to get out appetizer this time. No drinks were brought to our table for almost 20 minutes(even after our order was placed). We watched our server leaning and talking to a co-worker for 15 minutes, and then found out our food went to the wrong table. Server said they would comp the appetizer, then when the manager came to apologize, we accepted and were nice to him because we were still waiting on our meals. We are firm believers that you don’t act rude to anyone handling your food. He decided we were not upset enough to get the appetizer comped. Guess what hole of a franchise I will never be caught dead in again?

What makes this Uno’s stand out is the service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The real secret is the craft beer selection. They really devote themselves to great beer, from the delicious Weyerbacher dinner to the weekly rotating taps featuring great breweries as Founders, Ommegang, Southern Tier, Cricket Hill, etc. Oh, I also think they have great burgers and nachos.

No mas, No mas Went twice to dine here and both time very poor service; 15 min wait to even be acknowledge by waitress and both times we walked out after no one came to take our order. Recently I ordered online for curbside takeout and upon checking my order before leaving did not see the soda I had requested so I called from my car and the server brought me out a bottle of soda… warm, No more, No more !

I am not a commercial restaurant goer. I tend to steer clear of chains and yet I find myself returning to this particular Uno’s. Yes, it’s geographically convenient but what really separates it is that the staff treats me and my friends like royalty. The servers know me and when I walk in, I feel like Norm from Cheers. They bring me hot peanuts and they put olives in my beer because that’s how I like it, baby! In fact, they don’t just give me 1 olive… they give me 3! I order the Caesar salad or the Farro Salad but never the pizza… too unhealthy!

Me and my family went here while we were visiting Sesame Place. I hadn’t been to an Uno’s in about 8 years mainly because they always had very heavy food that made you feel too full so I always steered clear but I saw online that they had a re-vamped menu and thought we could give it a try. The service at this location was awesome and everyone was very friendly — so that was a big plus. But the downside of it was the food was not tasty — which has nothing to do with the staff serving it. It’s clear that Uno serves up processed foods. We ordered the vegetarian vegetable soup which was extremely salty and tasted like it came from a can — not made fresh. We also got the thin crust whole grain cheese pizza which also tasted processed(and actually pretty heavy for a thin crust). I buy Amy’s Organic frozen pizza at the grocery store and that pizza is hands down better than the one I got at Uno’s. I also got the mango lemonade… which was mango syrup laying in the bottom of the cup of lemonade… I am just used to fresh, organic, homemade food for most of my diet and going to a place like this made me feel icky and bloated… I definitely won’t ever eat at Uno’s again. No slight on this location —- the servers were great — it’s the corporate institution that has them serving this processed junk.

Came here after an exhausting day hoping for some decent food. –Ordered the calamari which was decent. It was crispy but it’s hard to mess up calamari. –The chicken baked stuff was dry. The flavor profile failed – I could have just as easily eaten toilet paper. Kind of wish that I drove that extra minute or so for the next restaurant… The server was accomodating though.

It had been awhile since I’ve visited this establishment. My mom and bf couldn’t decide on a place to eat so we just picked one close to us. The staff mentioned that they updated their menu to include a ‘small meals’ section. Nothing here struck my fancy anyway. We decided on fried calamari for an appetizer. It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but definitely not the best. Probably the highlight of the meal unfortunately. My mom ordered the burger. Good think she got the burger sauce on the side; it was a weird thousand island kind of dressing but overly sour. My bf and I shared the Baked Stuffed. The menu says it ‘takes longer but it is totally worth it’. What false advertisement. what they should have said is.“since we’re baking it longer, it’s going to come out really dry”. I did enjoy the mashed potatoes though.

Great food, fun place and the kids love it. Good food selection. Easy, quick and relaxed.

Compared to others Unos this is the worst I’ve been in. The service is erratic, hot food often cold and the portions miserly. One would think that there would be similar offerings across this franchise but I’ve been in other and much better Unos. In a recent trip with three of us, the last meal arrived about the time we were almost done eating the first meal — and the second was a burger– how long does that take to prepare?

Below average food and average service Quality of food and services has declined consistently over the years. Last visit, we had a hair in our salad. Pizza is your best option… Better to chose a local pizza restaurants in the area instead. There are multiple within 5 minutes.

Lots of unhealthy fair, although thats not the surprising. Single pizza had little cheese. Beer selection was good.

Honestly, I was pretty satisfied with the service here. The last time I ate at this Uno’s was probably about 4 or so years ago(on my parent’s anniversary) with my parents and brother, and there was nothing to complain about, at least in my humble opinion. That’s more than I can say about this location than some other locations…

Uno, this was my first experience at Uno’s, so that made it numero Uno! Uno, this is the place I had the pizza style potato skins. Uno, I am a traditionalist and I love potato skins, but I was not impressed with your version of them! Potatoes stuffed inside of mounds of dough? Obese city, is what I am thinking, Uno?! This is right outside of Sesame Place and hubby remembers it well! Uno he said the service stunk.
