K3 Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning

Pure scam artists. The AC that was newly installed by K3 leaks freon and is empty within three weeks. Two other reliable AC companies have come out and the first thing they do when they see K3’s work is shake their head and say «shoddy work, badly installed.» The whole line needs to be ripped up. K3 (why is their name KKK?) refuses to stand by their work, even though the AC was installed in ¹¹⁄₁₄ (just seven months ago).
According to public records, K3 is licensed to Kevin Herb in the state of Pennsylvania. I would suggest you avoid any contractor licensed under his named. The number listed on K3’s website also crosslists with a company called BNK Mechanical. Do not be fooled if this fly-​by-​night operation begins working under a different name.
Update: K3 has refused to return my phone calls or answer any of my email messages. A K3 employee even threatened to turn me in for harassment after only two phone calls. Is it any surprise that the only contact address for this company is a PO Box?
