Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I loved the facial that I received from Allison. She is wonderful, The entire staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

I love this location. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I have a monthly membership and Andrea is one of my favorites. The massages and facials I get do wonders for my overall health and relieves stress. Andrea at this location and Jamie at the Princeton location are fantastic!

Brandy is fantastic!!! I have been going to hand and stone for quite a while, but always went to different people, until the first time I went to Brandy. She has helped both my husband and I with our back problems… she always seems to find the spot that needs the most work and help loosen up your muscles. She is the only person I will go to moving forward!

The massage is only 50 min. Not 1 hour. My masseuse was late for my appointment that was at 5 pm — about 15 min. And finished at 5:50. They owe me at least $ 15. I complained about missing time and got only $ 10 back. The masseuse was a big strong male with huge hands. All he did was just patting me. No points pressure, no deep tissue. I get massage all the time. I think Chineese or Koreans are the best at it.

Horrible location! I really have never had a good experience there. I am a member of Hand and Stone for over 3 years and I typically use my membership in other locations because there have been so many issues with the Langhorne location (issues: rude, never pick up the phone, make promises they do not keep — I still have a voicemail saved on my phone from a manager that I would get a free upgrade and massage, but I still have not seen that, never get the full ⁵⁰⁄₈₀ min massage). I recently just pulled my membership from Langhorne because the manager was extremely rude on the phone and does not care about their members. The front desk staff was rude to several guest for the short time I was in there to cancel my membership. I still am deciding if I want to start at Massage Envy or just wait for one of the new locations to open up for Hand and Stone. Someone at corporate needs to do something with this location especially if there are new locations opening soon near by!

May I say that Susan did a marvelous work on my body & I feel like a new woman.
After a long plane ride and getting here 3 min late I still didn’t feel rushed or scorned for not making it 15 minutes prior. Susan talked me through what would happen, informed I would get my hair messed up and I was fine with this. The pressure, hot towels, warming table (totally awesome) were all great and I think I went into a mini daze of pure bliss. I must say I looked pretty crazy once it was over with my hair all tousled and body shiny from the oils used, but who cares.
I think these guys are one of few places opened late until 10pm which is heaven sent considering I just got off a plane at 7pm. They are somewhat easy to miss off the main roads since all the focus is on hotels and Sesame Place, but after tonight’s session they won’t be missed anymore.

Beware of the fine print at this establishment! They hide behind an «*» of their policies. Complete rip-​off! This low-​level chain establishment is incredibly shady… go to a luxury spa, you’ll pay same and get way more… especially when it comes to customer service (they actually referred me to «corporate office» and said that they rip-​off practices are «just following policy»)and customer satisfaction. Topper’s Spa is far and away better value and you always leave happy with the experience!

My boyfriend and I go for a massage every month — I also get a facial each month. We have been coming here for over a year and a half and we are never disappointed. Ryan (the manager) is warm and friendly and always greets us with a smile. I get my message from Darlina and I just love her!!! Diane does my facial and she’s amazing. My boyfriend isn’t as particular as to who does his massage but is happy with them all. This is our monthly pick me up!!!

I have tried several massage therapist and all have been very good. One therapist was recommend for my back problem. Now I see her ever week and it has help a lot. Highly recommended.

Get a massage from Jessica. She’s ahhhhmaaaazingggggg. I think I drooled the whole time and melted into the table. Today’s massage was very firm, but good painful, haha. My eyeballs felt like they were bulging out of my eye sockets afterwards for like 10 minutes, it was so refreshing. Oh, and I felt like I had to peel myself off the massage table after it was over.
I think Jessica can single handedly strangle a person. With one hand. Seriously. Wow. So strong. She was so good. Seriously, drive here just to get Jessica.
I also know a friend who lives a hour away, but drives here to get a massage from Jessica. We were talking about massages and happened to find out that she comes all the way to where I live for a massage b/​c Jessica is so awesome.

The facial was great and I totally enjoyed it. Other than that…
While booking the appointment, I had to give my credit card number, address, phone number, email address, the number from the gift card I had received — they neglected to ask for my blood type, ha! Ok, so I jump this hurdle and go to the appointment — only slightly annoyed that I had to give up so much information over the phone.
The facials was nice. It was supposed to be $ 50 — I’m good with paying that. I’m even good with the upgrades that I was offered, which at the end was $ 85. (Plus the $ 25 tip that was suggested, again I paid for all that –the lady was nice and thorough)
At the end of the appointment, I was informed, very nicely that I’d have to join the club and pay $ 50 monthly or I’d be charged $ 90 for any facial or massage I’d like in the future or I’d have to join their club. AND… if I didn’t join the club right then — they’d charge me an additional $ 40 for joining the club at a later fee, and of course the $ 50 per month. What a racket!
The service was good, but the sales side was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to pushy, demanding and vindictive to people who don’t have the time to set aside 1 hr plus a month.
In short, I’m looking for another place to get a facial.

Danelly was amazing! Will definitely be back for another massage soon. The $ 49 deal they are currently running makes it even better. There were 3 of us but 1 ended up not being able to get one because one of the masseuse’s got sick. They gave her a couple coupons to come back but unfortunate she sat for an hour waiting for us while we were in bliss.

The Newtown location is a mess! Do not go here! Joined the «membership» to take advantage of the discounts. Arrived for first service, had to redo all paperwork again… computer system issues, poorly trained staff at the front desk, had to wait before… during and after my services. When I went to pay for the services it was supposed to be $ 59…left with a bill of $ 179! All because of record keeping. Their system showed I purchased the membership for $ 249…but showed no «credit» and I was then charged full price. The manager working the front desk was no help and basically offered for me re-​sign up (fill out the forms, charge me a 2^nd time) to receive the price I should have paid. I called American Express to insure the charges would not be on my card in the future and I will not visit again.
Lastly, the staff that provides the service and the front desk people are more interested in «selling» than providing respective, high quality service. No way to run a business.

My overall experience at the spa was wonderful. I found the front desk friendly and the appearance of the waiting area was comfortable and calming. I called and got an appointment that same day but feel on weekends may be a little more difficult to do so. This was my second visit and was as awesome as the first. The therapists listened to what I needed and were most accommodating. I bought gift certificates for my son and his girlfriend for the holidays. Looking forward to my next appointment already.

Great service! Great massage! Ryan Stacci has done a wonderful job managing this location (I’m sure any other locations are just as good). I get massages quite often in Los Angeles and was looking forward to a local one while visiting my parents in Morrisville. If you need to lose some stress and relax… get the hot stone massage from Jessica!
Staff at the front desk were very sweet, helpful and made the overall experience exactly how it should be!

I had a great experience at Hand and Stone in Langhorne this past weekend. I was up from the city visiting my parents and needed a massage to take all the stress away that visiting one’s parents often brings. Making an appointment was a breeze. The front desk staff were very helpful. The masseuse was incredibly professional. I almost fell asleep — which is proof that I was very relaxed! I will make a point to visit again!
