We had a great experience at the AT&T store in the Oxford Valley Mall.
Our salesman Chris, was excellent. We had just come from the Verizon store and found it so refreshing to actually speak to someone who really knows their product (s).
Chris not only straightened out my sons account but sold me on a new iPhone 6s+
Chris was very friendly yet professional.
As long as you keep employees like Chris I, and my family, will remain customers.
The employees at the Verizon store on Oxford Valley Rd. Should take lessons from him.

I would probably give them more of a 3.5 star because while the employees are really nice and helpful, the wait time is very ridiculous. Get ready to wait while you are here. They do put your name on the list, but the times that I’ve been in the store, there are at least two employees to one customer. That’s not very efficient to help the wait time for customers.

had them for 2 years, then suddenly using a dumb phone i get charged for 2.8 gigs of data downloaded, upon questioning i discovered in 2010 everyone was getting hit with this b.s., shutdown phones and went to t mobile, you should too

Moira was so nice and helpful w/​a small but critical iPhone tech issue, i.e., not being able to get my email to download. Although there was someone who came in while she was helping me, Moira didn’t give me short shrift or limit her attentiveness or explanation of how to avoid it from happening in the future. Friendly & competent!
