When you’re new in town and don’t know anything about any of the businesses, it can be a nervous venture when finding a mechanic. Well thanks to my neighborhood welcome committee, I received a coupon to Jeffcoats and decided to try them out. Still a little hesitant from a past experience with a «free» service coupon… I threw caution to the wind and went for it! I’m glad I did! Every staff member I had contact with, was awesome. I even overheard a convo the had with a customer that had a question about his bill. They worked out the issues and he left happy. Then it was my turn… they honored my coupon and didn’t try to force unnecessary repairs or fixes on me like companies I encountered before. If you need an honest company to look at and repair your car/​truck or to do your Pennsylvania inspections, take it here!

My wife and I bring our cars here. We appreciate their willingness to work with you, accommodate when they can, and offer very clear, accurate diagnosis of any issues.
They are currently using some online features and add more often. For instance, we received a recent detailed estimate (the same document you’d get in person) through email before they did any work.
Mike, the owner, is always honest and friendly. Gabby at the front desk is always helpful. We appreciate having such a great local garage.
