HORRIBLE– Not even 1 star See photos for the vinyl flooring job ! They also cleaned my carpet, promising 90% brand new– The stains were still visible and the pet smell was not removed. Other contractors over heard masters employees saying there is no way the smell would be removed that the carpet needs to be replaced — yet they did the job anyway instead of calling me to let me know my only option was to replace the carpet– I am currently in dispute with this company for a full refund– they took my credit card info over the phone and refused to mail me a receipt. The owner was scheduled to come over and make repairs and was a no call no show !!! I’m sure they will change the name of the company after this so look out for a carpet cleaner named Eric.

I don’t understand the other very negative review but I had a wonderful experience with Eric and his carpet cleaning service. Maybe with the other customer it was just a bad day; we do all have unfortunate days but my experience with this business was a five star experience! He showed up exactly on time, he kept contact via text as I like, his wife was super sweet when scheduling the appointment. He was super nice in personality and professional. He did an extremely wonderful job on the carpets themselves. He pulled stains I didn’t think would come out. My guests have complimented on how great my carpets look. Not only would I highly recommend this company but I will be using them again in the future. I am a single mom with advanced stage cancer and I completely felt safe as well which is highly important to me!

Horrible. I purchased a voucher from Amazon Local for a carpet cleaning(under their alternate name of Tampa Master Carpet Cleaners). First, I had to call twice and wait two days before receiving a return call. Via text communication, we ultimately set the appointment for February 29 at «11:30 to 12.» On February 29, I texted at 9 am to «confirm» and to inform the owner/operator, Erick, how to enter my condo. 11:10 comes, I leave my office, come home, move all my furniture(which, is not an easy task). At 11:30ish I call. At 12:01, I text asking for the estimated time of arrival. At 12:30, I call again to both numbers associated with this business. No response. So, not only did I take off work, come home, move all my furniture, and wait an hour, but I don’t even receive the decency of a return phone call or text. Absolutely atrocious. I would recommend avoiding this business.
