I’ve been having a great time in the 6-​Week Fit Body Boot Camp Challenge! The coaches are always motivating and they keep the workouts challenging. Since I started working out at the Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp, I’m more conscientious about my health, fitness and nutrition. I have increased energy, strength, and confidence while my stress level has reduced, providing an overall sense of «life balance». I’m thankful for the opportunity to workout in such a great environment, with other ladies who share the same goals!

I love, love, love this place… I’m a active boot camp member and I cannot believe I didn’t do this earlier in my time. I live in Wesley chapel and was super excited to know she has open a studio 5 minutes away. There was not an excuse. I joined in… I love the workouts, the trainers and best of all…30 minutes workout… Can you say OMG… Yes… I’m in heaven. Getting the best workout, loosing weight and getting toned. Believe me you are having fun and meeting great women at the same time in your area. Samatha also educates you in what to eat and explains why. She has tutorial, links of great recipes… She loves what she does and is a women of God. finally something I can enjoy that makes me feel better all around. Not just my health but my spirit as well… This place is awesome…

Hit and miss with nutritional information, mostly watching DVDs while on exercise equipment. Good trainers. Not organized with individual follow up and how the clients are progressing. For the price I would expect that.
