If I could select no stars, I would. Went for a mani/​pedi with my friend visiting from out of town to get primped for Valentines Day. In all fairness, my nails came out nice. The nail tech pushed for waxing, as they usually do, so I agreed. The wax was WAY too hot and burned me severely. She knew it too and as soon as she put it on, ripped it off right away. My skin hurt like never before and I have had many waxings. My face blew up and swelled all night long and my weekend was completely ruined as I couldn’t go out with my company. I went back the following day for a refund and all they could give me was a credit since the manager is on vacation and no one knew how to do a refund. I think I should’ve been compensated more than the measly $ 6 for the waxing. I will never return to this nail salon.

The staff was friendly and I can honestly say the raw earth pedicure was the best. :)

I was so impressed with the professionalism with this salon. It looks like a normal salon from the outside, but they take such good care of their interior. The girls are SO sweet, considerate, and positive. (Which is rare, normally they can be really rude nowadays) My girl, Helen (a sweetheart), even made a point to speak English around me whenever she could. She perfected my nails beautifully and my eyebrows ended up better than ever. Not to mention the place was packed and they took me right in. GREAT place, especially in a pinch. Make this salon your regular girls!!! It’s a keeper!

Worst salon I have ever been to! Would not fix a broken nail! Bottom line most unprofessional un courteous and mean people I have ever met in my entire life!!!

Hands down, the best pedicure I have ever had! The woman (forgot to ask her name) actually took her time with exfoliating my legs and feet, massaged my legs and feet for such a long time. I also got a gel manicure which was done on point! Everything was absolutely wonderful!

Located right by my kids’ schools, so it’s been my regular place for awhile now. My experiences have varied.
It’s not somewhere you go if you’re in a hurry, as there is often a long wait. I had a little over one hour at a recent visit and was assured they could give me a gel mani and a pedi in that time. While they did complete the task, my pedicure was not great. My heels were stil rough.
I decided to give them another a chance last week because they have the best selection of gel colors in the area. I was helped by Mimi and she was amazing! She suggested a pedicure that left my feet the softest they’ve been in years. Granted, I paid $ 45 for it, but I know it will last me way longer than the basic pedicure.
My gel manicure was great, too. She took care not to get the gel too close to my cuticles (which is what causes the gel to start lifting and peel off) and had no trouble working with my small nail beds. Very happy with my most recent experience!

Thank god I had an appointment for myself and 2 more friends. I couldn’t believe how packed this place was. We were each getting a pedicure.
I, for one, don’t like the arrangement of the nail polish. This may sound weird, but it was hard to see the colors bc there was a bar covering the bottle.
I picked out the $ 50 pedicure plus a design on my toe. It came out to $ 55 plus tip. I didnt feel like the bottom of my toes felt especially different or softer.
My nail polish was just ok, but my design wasn’t how I wanted it.
This nail place seemed clean, but very cramped. I have definitely had better experiences.

After work one night I was looking for a place still open around 7pm to get a fill. I called this salon, the lady told me to come on down and not to worry about it. I drove all the way from North Tampa to get there, the receptionist was very nice and gave me over to one of the manicurists. The manicurist was extremely rude, very rough with my fingers (kept making me bleed, filed my natural nail bed so deep that it burned, and snapped off the nails that were too thin but almost tore off my nail in the process). She didn’t care when I kept jumping back and saying it hurt. Then, she hurried through the nail repairs and fill so badly that they were all filed so crooked I fixed them at home. I wanted to get an elaborate design and was willing to pay the extra price for it, but after the whole experience I just told her to paint them a simple color so I could get out. It was very obvious she was upset that I came in a half hour from closing and had to do a little extra work than just a simple fill. I will never go back to this salon nor will I recommend it.

I really, really want to like this place. The owner is really nice, and the inside is calm and clean, like all the other reviews said. Maybe my standards are too high, but cleanliness doesn’t make it a 5-​star salon. It SHOULD be clean. Besides that, the three times I’ve been were awful. Paint all over my cuticles, they clipped them till I bled once, and just all around mediocre. Like something I could do at home…
I rarely leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, my experience there has always been a waste of money…

Staff is polite, friendly and attentive. They do a great job listening to what you want and giving it too you. I have small fingers that have wide nails so it’s not easy to make them look pretty but they do a great job.

I just moved to the area and did a search for nail salons. I chose this one based on the reviews that I read and I am glad I did. I had the ultra deluxe pedicure and it was HEAVEN. I am so sorry I do not remember the name of the person I had but she was fabulous. I definitely recommend this place and I will be a regular customer.

LOVE this salon! I live all the way out by USF and drive over 30 min to get to this salon. They always recognize me and treat me very well. I usually get an aloe Vera pedicure and eyebrow wax. Both last over two weeks. The salon is very clean and professional. There isn’t a whole lot of chatter between the employees. They make customers feel relaxed. Unlike other salons. It’s looks expensive but very fairly priced. Kelly is the best and I ask for her every time!

The atmosphere is super relaxing and the customer service is great! The staff is pleasant and informative. Jennifer is hilarious. I love a place that is super cool with a modern look and feel. I love it here

I have gone to many nail salons in the area and this one is definitely a diamond in the rough, this was 100X better than the last local Mall salon I went to. There are no visible signs from the road, so I have passed by several times without knowing it was there. After stopping in the same shopping center to go to Publix and needed my nails filled I went here. I was pleasantly surprised! I went to Tracy and was surprised by how many colors of Shellac they had. She did a great job on my nails and toes and I wasn’t in there overly long. Very clean and friendly staff. I’d definitely go back!

I love this nail salon. Have been going for about 3 years. Normally go go Jenny but have gone to others when she is busy and they are all great. Does not have the strong odor you normally have in a nail salon. Prices are normal.

Overall, pretty great. I’ve gotten two pedicures here. The first time I came, it was very early just after they opened and I had a fabulous experience. The second time they were much busier and the service wasn’t as great but still better than most places. I will definitely be back.

This nail salon is the best one I’ve been to. The service is always consistent no matter who you end up seeing. The salon is very clean, which is super important. Everyone here is really friendly and even if they get busy they never make you feel rushed. I seriously go here every week and if there’s a wait, I won’t ever walk out and go anywhere else. I would just be disappointed because Bella has set the bar so high. Another plus, they have a huge selection of colors. Everyone always compliments my nails. They are great with waxing too. Best nail salon in the area.

This is by far the nicest and most clean nail spa I’ve ever been to. They offer waxing as well. It’s always nice inside, good music playing and the services are reasonably priced!

I just want to give a shout out to Bella Nails & Spa! They are so good to me. The nail spa is clean, and the staff is always warm and hospitable. They offer basic services, but also have more on their menu to choose from. I love going there to relax, unwind and just feel comfortable and trust they will recommend what’s best for me, not only as a client, but as a friend.
