Don’t order online. Go to the store, perhaps you’ll fare better than I did. Staff attempted to be helpful after the event and asked how they could fix the issue, but regrettably with flowers for a bereavement it can’t really be ‘fixed’ and a refund wouldn’t make anyone feel any better. Sending something half hearted when something lovely had been ordered, well it’s not really ‘fixable’. So be specific with your request to numbers of buds, variety of flower etc. The staff seem genuine, so perhaps if you communicate directly, don’t order online and state everything very plainly all will go well. They used to be decent, have used them for years. They’ve messed up before, but I guess I’m forgiving. This past Mother’s Day, they didn’t deliver the expensive flowers I bought. They call me Monday and, without apology, say«we had too many deliveries». I tell them to go ahead and send the flowers anyway. They didn’t. But they sure charged me for them! Unacceptable and lame. There are better and less priced florists in Lancaster. Avoid these rude people.
