I generally like the wings that I get here but lately the service has left something to be desired. Usually I handle that in stride. For the second time in two visits I have been a part of a practice the leaves me speechless. When I paid my bill, $ 12.32, with a $ 20 bill, the waitress brought back seven dollars even. She must’ve decided I did not want to $.68. I called her attention to the fact that she only gave me seven dollars and she begrudgingly gave me the $.68. At first I was stunned, but then I became upset with the whole experience. Had she simply given me all of my change she would have received the $ 2.68 tip because her service had been good. However, I left $ 1.68. The thing is I’m not sure she received the message

I would like to say that the food makes up for the service and atmosphere but I can’t. If you are looking for a typical bar type place than this is it. If you are looking for a place to take your family this is not it for sure.

Below-average atmosphere, service and food… Teriyaki wings came-out after about twenty-minutes. They were drowning in a pool of oil and sauce that did not really adhere to the wings. Did I mention the wings were grilled and not fried? Not sure where the oil slick came from, but it was disappointing. Wife ordered the shrimp basket, which was like $ 12.00 or so. While they were good, they only gave you about eight small shrimp. Not the big pub-style basket you would expect for this price. We were there on a Saturday at lunch time, with only four other tables, the food should have come-out sooner. Waitresses were actually sitting down at the tables of with customers they knew and talking. They had absolutely no sense of urgency. The Wing King in Fort Mill is a million-times better, save your money and make the trip there.

When they first opened we ordered take out and since it was new and we wanted to sample the flavors so we order the sampler deal. 5 sets of 5 wings in 5 different choices, for $ 17 seemed to be a great deal in order to test flavors, we ordered garlic lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, ranch and teryaki. they took forever to make our order, maybe because they had not been open to long, but while waiting to get my pre-called in order. i am watching the guy in the back make wings through the open door into the kitchen and I am shocked. he throws wings in a large bowl and sauces them, dumps them in a plate then rinses the bowl and does another batch of wings with a different sauce! garlic lemon pepper and ranch were nice but didnt care for the others, in fact we threw out 3 of the 5 teryaki ones. so time to get next order we will pass on the wings since watching how they were previously prepared for someone else, thank GOD we arent allergic to anything, crossing sauces can be bad for someone with a pepper allergy etc. we order sandwiches, i dont remember what everyone else ordered but AGAIN, only part of our order was ready and this is 30 minutes afterwards. the place was very busy again. but I do remember that i ordered a SHRIMP po-boy and that was the item that was not ready, so hubby waits after paying and when they bring out the covered item he does not check it and drives home. so everyone else is eating when i come in the room i open my box and BLECK it is a fried OYSTER po-boy, so dump it in trash and I dont eat 8.95 thrown out. 2 strikes and you are out for me. i will not go back the outside is painted black trim and dark gray bricks. depressing. you hardly even notice the place when driving by, it just does NOT stand out in any way. I think I lived here for about 6 years and drove past all the time and never saw it the inside looks like a sports bar instead not a café take a chance if you want
