Wendy’s

There’s honestly not much to say that we don’t all already know. It’s a fast food place and we all know what their food is like. But we all get those cravings or just need the ease of access from time to time. But for the sake of it, this place is a clean and well presented Wendy’s and they did a good job of utilizing a small space to the best advantage.
The real reason that I am writing a review is that I want to say to the people of this Wendy’s Thank you for the positive customer service experience, keep up the good work, keep trying to improve.
Here’s my story:
I went through the drive thru and ordered a «4 for $ 4» which includes a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. I asked for my burger without mayo. I got home to discover that there was no burger. Just an honest mistake, no big deal, these things happen. I returned and went inside and asked if they happened to have a stray jr. Bacon cheeseburger no mayo back there that hadn’t quite made it to it’s bag. I was told that a fresh one would be made for me and given a free Frosty and what I felt was a pretty sincere apology. I appreciated both! I got my sandwich and returned home, completely trusting that I had been well taken care of.
I opened my sandwich to discover… Mayo! I wiped off the excess and bit into my burger and enjoyed it very much.
But word to the wise, this is a location I will always check my order at from now on.
