Really disappointed in this location. As someone heavy in to makeup tutorials and keeping up with makeup artists on the internet, I know what is popular at the time. So it can’t be hard for the employees to know what is popular, whether by Internet or by sales… But that doesn’t stop them from never restocking things. I’ve been to this location about five times in the span of a semester, and they never restock the things I need that are sold out. E.g. NYX mechanical black liner, NYX taupe blush, Anastasia Bev Hills soft brown pomade, and Ardell Demi wispies lashes. There are even some items that I know for a fact other ulta locations carry that this one doesn’t, e.g. Any Becca products. Idk if it’s bc it’s a small town, but even that’s not a good excuse. They also don’t notify when products are discontinued, which I know they are bc I work at a salon that carries those products. OH! And once I asked where a product was, and the employee talking to her friend(obviously too busy to check that products need to be restocked) responded to me by rudely correcting me on how to say the brand’a name instead of where it was. Also, the same five opened lipglosses in the NYX aisle have never been replaced in months, which is lame bc the only lipglosses stocked in that color are opened. Try your best not to go here.

My fondness for Ulta is growning… I no longer can say that Sephora is my favorite! I really like this particular location. My mother and I popped in about 20 minutes prior to closing for a pick up ‘one thing’. Like most of our shopping trips, we got more than we came for ;-) The sales clerks were very helpful, and weren’t annoyed that we came in SO close to closing time. They were very helpful in showing us new things of our old favorites, and were very excited to show us new things. I obviously will come back.

Ulta is Ulta. Same basic layout and merchandise as the rest. Nice, new, clean and bright. Giving them a one star reduction since staff seemed disorganized and hard to track down. Usually I feel like they are in your face asking to help you with something. Not so with this store.
