The Turf Club

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE THE KENTUCKY DERBY EMCEE'D EVER AGAIN!!!! Or any other horse racing event at the Turf Club. Horse racing DOES NOT NEED AN EMCEE! That ridiculous idiot interrupted everyone trying to concentrate on their bets and their handicapping. He was a huge annoyance and simply an awful emcee. The noise of the crowd is stimulating and the kind of buzz an antendee expects. The event hosts were clearly not thinking when they decided to bring in someone to walk around and try to talk above that. He was much too loud with his sudden and booming rants throwing off all train of thought. Again, I say, an emcee at the horse races is an aggravating annoyance and this guy was certainly not inspiring the crowd in any way, shape or form. This was a huge and disappointing day at the races. In horse racing parlayance, I'd say this guy needs to be scratched.
