We went today and I had a Piña colada and nachos. It was very good. My son had a watermelon raspado and it was good. We paid with debit card, so I don’t understand why people say it’s a cash only establishment. Also the place was super clean.

I use to come here back in 2015 when I lived closer… Loved it. BUT I was back today and got the same things I would always get. I spent $ 40 and I’m not happy at all. I think they changed management because I didn’t recognize anyone and before it was the same lady at the register… The food was horrible! I feel bad saying it but it truly is. No flavor at all! It was terrible. Save your money this place is not the same anymore. The beans were can beans, the corn for the eskites was can corn too! The list goes on.

Holy cow the food it’s really horrible, either they need to hire a new chef or change the recipe ! I give 2 stars because the only thing I liked was the raspado mango, not coming back that’s for sure.

This place is good to go. Found it when looking for a bionico.
They have awesome raspado’s.
I had the chamango and my daughter had the fruiti tuti. She loved it.
The bionico was good! The wife didn’t even share it with me (jerk).
My other kids had the strawberry/​banana milkshake and the ice cream sundae. They loved them.
We also spring for some of the food. Which I also enjoyed. Had the Cuban torta. Not as good as El Tucans Cuban, but I think it’s pretty close. If they added bacon and queso fresco it would be better.
Wife had the asada tacos. Pretty good. Nothing special; it’s hard to mess tacos up.
One of my daughters had the quesadilla which was stuffed with cheese and meat. She loved it.
Over all this place is a good place with great prices. The location is kinda sketchy but not enough to deter me. I will be back.
FYI: This is a cash only business. Only reason it’s not a 5 star for me.

This place is a joke they have horrible fruit and horrible raspados what got me mad was all the reviews indicating that this is a great place to try raspados and chamango only to leave angry and pissed at the quality and the price not worth it trust me

Love coming to this place for raspados! A little pricey, but definitely worth it! Huge and so delicious! I love their tehjui especial! And their tortas de asada the salsa just tops it off! I go at least every other week!

ordered the Chamango was ok. The ones from Tropical in Palmdale are much better. Also bought a Mexican Candy the long yellow plastic sticks w/​candy on it. It was hard and tasted like it had been there for months.

I’ve had the food here before, not the best. If you walk around the building you’ll find yourself by «El Buen Taco» which is the most authentic Mexican food I have had in Lancaster, I digress. I came and bought a smoothie (they don’t except debit) and I don’t carry $ only «plastic» to avoid getting jacked… First down side. Second their attitude. Why work if you don’t want to? Third, smoothies are nothing out o the ordinary and very expensive! Not a place I’ll Coming back too. and it gets «two» stars ONLY because it was clean. Oh yeah! So I bought my smoothie 3.50 + Tax 3.84 Large… Having no money on me I had to look through my car to see if I could find some, I was 0.20 $ short
AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A BREAK?! Ouch. So I had to go to the bank, took out a $ 20 I gave him his $ 0.20. I’m gone.

The only good thing in this place are the «raspados» that is what they started with and that is what they should stick too… Aside from there obvious attitude towards customers they DONT EXCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS! How long have they been in business? 3 – 4 years MAYBE MORE!?! And they don’t take debit? How annoying to have to walk in this ghetto ass area with $ in my pocket to satisfy these a-​holes

I love this place! From raspados, to tortas, to esquites! It is the bomb! Probably the only thing I miss in Lancaster! Not sure if she’s still there but the lady that has always helped me is amazing’! Always has a smile and does the best she can to make sure your food and raspados are just right!

This place was always a favorite when I live here. Until recently I have returned and there is new people behind the counter who have no customer service. It took 30+ minutes to get my tacos dorados when a group of men that came in after got they’re meals and were quickly attended! They took up most of much lunch chatting with some man and taking care of people who came in after me! I miss the other girl that use to be here!

Wow! This place is a breath of fresh air! Be prepared to wait, because your food is fresh and made when you order it. Watch out for the salsas… they’re delicious and very SPICY!!! Love this place! We will definitely be back for more!!!

When I first walked into La Tehuanita I knew this place was special! The food was awesome and priced just right! I had the Torta with the pork and cheese with Jalapenos, the Potato tacos & the Quesedilla! Everything was awesome I was surprised that the business was not on Unilocal as of yet. I gladly submit this review with Raves! Try Le Tehuanita you wont be displeased!
