I enjoy the tea. The sales associates are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. On the other hand, the manager is rude and has a poor attitude.

Tea is still great but not digging the«steep it yourself» attitude. With two kids and shopping I was handed three cups with a time written on the top and told to remove the tea bags at the time written on the top of each cup(without a table) in a busy mall. What is wrong with just handing me what I asked for? What next a do it yourself sandwich bar at Subway?

«Find yourself a cup of tea; the teapot is behind you. Now tell me about hundreds of things.» ~Saki If you love tea, Tevana is an sufficient place to start. They will mix a variety of tea types and flavors specific to your preferences, and the fancy backdrop aims to make you feel as though you’re in a «special» place. These stores are typically located in higher-end shopping malls and without a doubt, create irony in what a Tea Master would see as ritualistic or fitting. Sadly, some if not most of their teas are laced with artificial flavoring and I can’t seem to find clear information on where specific teas are coming from. Yeah, I know… tea snob, but when you’re plunking down $ 24.00 for four ounces of tea, wouldn’t you like to know a little about what you’re paying for? *If you’re a serious tea drinker, and you seek more than that which is available at your local familiar, uninspiring mall, feel free to contact me privately for the name of a global tea distributor. On a happier note: we enjoy the Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls(add a few sprigs of lavender or drops of rose water); the aroma and taste is quite pleasing.
