I’ve know and worked around Dennis and Sunrise Construction since the early 90’s. In all of that time I have never seen anything but concern for quality in both the product and the experience for their clients. Dennis is easy to talk to and straightforward, I would trust my property with these guys any day. When you’ve remained in business and have a good reputation with your clients and fellow contractors for over twenty years you’re as solid as it
gets. Thanks for teaming up on some of our best projects Dennis and the Sunrise crew!

Dennis is unprofessional and down right lies! For a 27,000 dollar job I have given him a total of 12,000 dollars and have an unsafe courtyard and backyard that are not even ¼ completed. He has abandoned the job and took all the building materials with him. He would show up in the morning to give his crew directions and then leave. They were left to interpret and guide each other for their hourly wage. I questioned them on this myself. I would come home to work that was incorrectly laid out or materials that were used that should not have been. Dennis makes excuse after excuse for his work and is concerned about money first and foremost! Consumer BEWARE!

The work, workers, and the overall product were excellent. Problem is follow up on issues that I had. Waiting over 7 months for them to come out and replace a single beam. Starting to wonder if it’s going to happen. Love the patio cover but need to get this wrapped up. Hopefully Dennis and Patricia realize that follow up is important. I’m sure the time wasted talking to me about this far exceeds the ease in which it could have been resolved. This could have been a 5 star rating but with the poor follow up, it’s barely a 3.
