Worst starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. Took 45 minutes to get my 2 drinks. Staff had horrible attitudes and was very rude. Drinks taste nothing like what they supose to. Don’t waste your time and money and go to a different starbucks.

This is the SLOWEST drive thru I’ve ever experienced!!! with 2 kids with me not typically is easier to hit the drive thru grab your drink and go. But that’s not the case with this location. Kids and I both got restless and we were blocked it we couldn’t change our minds even if we could of. 19 min and counting

We sat in this Starbucks for 20 minutes and they failed to tell us that they were out of what we ordered! Every time I go into this Starbucks they take forever. When I place a mobile order they say to let the people at the pickup window know, but those people ignore you for 20 minutes… I won’t be going back there…

I understand it’s busy but you work in customer service the lady this morning at the register was just grumpy and it showed on her face. You need to turn that frown upside down otherwise you shouldn’t be in customer service.

They got order wrong again. Ordered a sandwich and and gave me the wrong type. And had to wait for my drink to be made after telling them where is my drink? They thought they have giving it to me. And they also didn’t give me a napkin. This the worst Starbucks that I go to. Too bad because it’s near my work.

My favorite starbucks in the A.V., I have had little to no issues here as opposed to the other starbucks in the valley. There is this really awesome dud in the drive thru he is always friendly and really tries to go that extra mile, gotta get his name next time I’ll update! P. s. starbucks bring butterscotch Frap and tomato cheese square back please!

Very disappointed. I got a cinnamon dolce latte at this location today (nothing fancy, nothing unique, no changes to the drink) and it tasted like warm milk with a hint of cinnamon. At other locations, it tastes primarily like coffee with a hit of cinnamon and milk. Did they even put coffee in this?
The people here were really nice and seemed to have a good time at work (which is nice to see) but when the drink tastes bad…

The worst Starbucks in town! I understand that you are busy but you should take time with each of your customers to get the order correct the first time instead of cutting them off when they are talking to you!!! Rude! 2 stars for just being Starbucks!

I was somewhat surprised by some of the reviews for this location. I’ve been coming here for years and have only had a small handful of mishaps– all of which were easily fixed by simply pointing them out. I don’t really understand the previous Unilocaler who said employee turnover is terrible as I know of at least 10 employees who have worked there for the last 2 – 3 years I’ve been going to this location. And the other Unilocaler who complained about the blenders being loud… really? I’m not sure I can honestly pinpoint a variance in the volume at which blenders make noise from Starbucks to Starbucks.
I like this location. It’s close to my house. I can stop by most mornings and accomplish a few hours of homework in a relatively safe, quiet, and comfortable environment. It obviously helps the baristas have made an effort to get to know me and my order. I can’t say the same for some other Starbucks locations in town, despite having gone to them many, many times in the past.
I don’t really go in the afternoon. Partially because I’m more alert and driven in the morning. The other reason can be attributed to the fact it gets pretty crowded with all of the people who sleep in. :P Oh and the children. School lets out and everyone is there for free water. I don’t recommend going in the afternoon.

This service is inexcusably a drag. The longest ever in the drive thru!!! Why is the wait taking way too long? Almost a 30 minute wait? WTH?Sad, sad situation.

One of the worst Starbuck place to go to. The music is loud; I’ve been twice and my order is always taking a long time. I have to come to the counter and remind them of my order. The blenders are so loud it’s like beeing inside a swap meat store. Who is in-​charge of this store ??

I am an avid Starbucks customer and this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They do not greet you as you walk in and the baristas are not very welcoming. On my last visit, I waited 15 minutes for a Cinnamon Dulce Latte and on this visit today 12 minutes for an iced vanilla latte. They really need to work on their customer service

I noticed that when I get my fav frap here … It’s weak… This is not my favorite starbucks.

When your order is a plain iced tea, they shouldn’t mess it up multiple ways. Wake up please

I used to come here almost every morning for coffee. I absolutely love their white chocolate mocha. The last 3 times that I’ve been through the drive thru, my order has been messed up. So I have given up on Starbucks.

Girls are so rude there! Hate this Starbucks. Ruined my day never coming here again.

Never have I ever had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee … This place is awful! These people need to get re-​trained ASAP!!!

Your typical Starbucks. Located right next to Upper Crust sandwiches, I like to pick up a sandwich there and then go through the SB drive thru before work. The wait was a little longer than I expected for no cars in the drive thru, but nothing bad. My favorite frap is their green tea, no whip cream. Often times SB only fills the cup ¾, with the extra room being for the missing whip. This SB was different, they filled my grande cup to the top and it was delicious. I would recommend this location for your SB needs.

Just recently started coming to this Starbucks more often since it is the closest to one of my friends houses. They are pretty good at keeping orders right and as with any Starbucks, they remake it for free if it was made wrong. The drive though always has at least 3 – 5 cars so I usually walk in to order. Plenty of seating, clean location, no complaints really.

Went through the dive through and was informed that this location does not customize drinks ??? ahem? since when? #notahappycamper
