Worst decision I ever made. We got our carpets cleaned by Stanley steemer about 3 months ago. First of all, we spent about $ 500. The living room, hallway, & 3 bedrooms were done in about an hour, which I think is way too fast. The carpets took almost 8 hours to dry because of how soaked they were. A couple days after I started noticing black spots everywhere, & all the old stains came back but worse, & on top of all that the smell was horrible. I really trusted this company after being referred by a friend, but honestly I don’t think the two girls knew what they were doing. Once they finished one of the young ladies told me her dad sent her to do the job for him because he was busy, what the hell? I do believe this company has done great work elsewhere from what I’ve seen but I guess I didn’t get lucky. Very disappointing. Especially having my toddler crawl & play everywhere. We just hired another company to clean the carpets & he did an amazing job. No stains, absolutely NO smell, $ 70, & everything dried in an hour. Now I’m happy!

Brooke and Nikko were the best! Went above and beyond to make sure my carpet looked great. Nikko actually found a spot where my bad dog peed and got that for me to! Brooke hit all my carpet with scotch guard and deodorizer and made sure my carpet smelled amazing! They are going to be my every three month carpet cleaners forever now!
If you go anywhere else, you’re wasting your money!
