first of all i didn’t get a receipt. ordered 2 combos. chili cheese and tots, Chicago dog and poppers. we waited in a 10+ min line. after receiving our food pulled to the and ate. food was COLD. Poppers tasted OLD, the peppers inside tasted OLD, wilted, not fresh. it was raining or we would have took it inside. we went home, had to look up the number since we didn’t get a receipt. i paid with a debit card not cash. i called spoke to a male manager. he said, «i see your order right here MAN.» who speaks like that. Man. Not sir. I’m not in high school and shouldn’t be spoken to like his high school buddy drinking beers at a party. But he said several ummm’s and hmmms’ and said he would only be able to replace order tonight because even though he looked my order up — I STILLDIDN’T HAVE A RECEIPT. What a miserable experience. I will NEVER go there again and me and my entire family eat there ALLTHETIME! We went back since the manager said he would replace the whole meal only within same night. A girl at the drive thru said without receipt she would only give us half of what we ordered. Ugg. What a hassle! Terrible customer service. Horrible COLD food. Food 2nd time around was LUKEWARM! Never again!

Order accuracy is awful. It was similarly terrible last year(three straight visits with wrong orders, so I gave the place time to work things out for several months) but now I’ve had it and am very unlikely to return. Here’s what happened on my two last visits, the last being today: Ordered cheese sticks, small watermelon Nerds slush, large #2 combo(double cheeseburger) with only ketchup and pickle. Our order taker must’ve been new, because they stumbled over every part of the order. The burger was made incorrectly: I received a bacon double cheeseburger with everything. But it gets better with the last visit, the straw that broke the camel’s back. Ordered a #2 combo, same as before. Also ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, plain. Both burgers were delivered with everything, we’re sent back. The replacement double cheeseburger was correct, but the single bacon cheeseburger still had everything… except bacon. This time, though, the person who took back the incorrect replacement slammed it into the trash can before heading back inside. Finally, on the THIRD try, we had our correct order. Either the training is lacking, or the quality of employee is lacking. Whatever the case, I’m done being disappointed.

I have never had such a wonderful milkshake before. You can tell it was hand made. I always get chocolate! Completely delicious! Their strawberry slushy is also fabulous. I love slurping actual strawberries through my straw! Deff. Recommend.
