I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled for this purchase. Bought a top of the line mattress and mechanical base — spent over $ 3k. Was super excited to get it. On first delivery on 12⁄31 the guys said it was missing parts, they couldn’t complete the delivery. Another team came back 1⁄3 and said no everything is fine and attempted the install. The base would not fit in a brand new king frame. Their solution was for us to take a hammer and knock a piece out of the frame, or else saw it. We didn’t want to risk damaging our brand new $ 4k bed, so told them to take it back. Never used it, was never installed. They refused to take it back and won’t refund our money. I will never again use Sleepy’s and won’t have a positive thing to say about them until they honor their promise.
