Went there to get temporary, spray-​in hair color. Both women employees were helpful, but the one at the register was extra helpful. I was worried that the color, an extreme red, wouldn’t wash out. She took the time to find the info to reassure me the product stated it would wash out with regular shampoo. I really appreciated that. Wish I had noted her name, but she had blue streaks in her hair.
I actually didn’t ask the first employee I spoke to about the wash ability, so I don’t want to take anything away from her. In general, I was very pleased with their service.

This was the most awful establishment of Sally’s I have ever been to in my life. The lady in there was so rude to me that I stood there for a second to try and comprehend if I said something bad to her. TRISH was no help at all and she should be fired for treating someone like that. The manager should also be fired, I’ve called her twice to let her know about the incident but obviously she doesn’t care how customers are being treated. Because of them I will never go back again. You guys are the worst.

I came to see what deals they had. They are not really friendly at all. The store at least look clean. But I was disappointed with customer service so I left. Unfortunately I had to take 2 more stars out if I can give them negative star I would. I had an employee that goes by the name Marie S. on Unilocal,really butt hurt because of my help review!!! She send me a message talking about how fake my Unilocal post was!!! Maybe hunni you should improve your customer service and be more respectful then people like us will be more than happy to give you guys good reviews. Don’t act all ghetto it’s just a review my own opinion!!! In order for people to grow and improve you must be able to take good and bad «complaints».

Ehhh the girl that was there of the time of my visit wasn’t very knowledgeable of hair products for curly hair. They have a poor organic hair product section. But the make up section is cool.

I prefer this Sally’s because its convenient and usually not that busy. They have a wide selection of make up and beauty products. Two items I was particularly happy to find here was a herbal primer that works great and a yellow dark eye corrector. I also got a eye liner pencil sharpener. The girls who helped me were considerate and helpful. I signed up for a Sally card for $ 5 and saved $ 4, but will save on more in the future. It expires after a year. You get a five dollar coupon with the card so really its free. Mostly I just like to go and look at the wide selection of products and pick out some new things to try.
