Great spot. Amazing burritos. More flavors than Chipotle(better priced too). You can get sauces that have no spice at all(mango madness… very yum) to those with a lotta spice. Recommended order: Surf & Turf Burrito. Contains steak, shrimp, black beans, sliced cuccumber(refreshingly yum) and more! Suggestion: Could offer more outside seating on sunny days, although there is a small corner park with outside seating down the sidewalk about a half block(if that is your thing) Allow me to reiterate. Great food. Great atmosphere. And cool people. Go here!

A good Hipster spot with large burritos and a great assortment of sauces. Freshly chopped salsa of tomatoes, onions, and cilantro was delicious and chips weren’t bad. Burritos were loaded with toppings(including fresh jalapeños and the fresh salsa) and went well with the hot sauces. My burrito had a bit much sour cream and others in my party commented on the large amount of rice in their burritos. Guacamole was included in the burritos and was above average, but nothing spectacular. Overall, prices are reasonable, making this a great spot for a flavorful lunch. I would definitely return due to large portion sizes and great hot sauce.

We came here on Saturday and had a really solid experience. First off, the place was clean and bright and the staff was really friendly. We’d never been here before, and hadn’t looked up the menu, so I was slightly surprised that tacos were not an option on the menu. I generally avoid burritos as they are too heavy and filling, but luckily they had a mini burrito option. I ordered the mini burrito with chicken and my fiancé got the regular burrito with steak. We also got the chips and guac. The mini burrito was a great size! Not too big, but definitely sizeable for a mini. The regular burrito was not as massive as some other places, but in a good way. The chips were hot and fresh and the guac was really, really good! I hate when you order guac and it’s more onion, tomatoes and cilantro than actual avocado. This was mostly avocado and no cilantro and super good! Can we talk about the sauces?! I love trying different sauces, so the fact that they have a whole shelf of various hot sauces at different heat levels absolutely sold me on this place. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. I think I will get the taco salad as the mini burrito still proved to be too much food, but we will definitely be getting the chips and guac again!

This place is really great — it’s a punk rock burrito shop. I’ve been here twice, ordered basically the same thing, and the quality and staff were consistent and fantastic. The guacamole was wonderful, the chips were warm, and I’ve gotten the«roburrito»(with both chicken and steak) and both were solid. But two things I love about it that make it stand out: — Sauces. All the sauces. So many sauces to try. They have a stand with a «heat chart» and sauces that range from sweet to flaming hot… — Price & Quality — it’s a great bang for your buck. Solid food, good price, and you won’t leave hungry. Great place I’d highly recommend… even if you’re not a fan of the music, it’s worth it for the food.

Came here with a local friend who raced about their burritos. However I got the chicken quesadilla, which was delicious. Small place, friendly staff, and lots of sauces to try. I got some house made guacamole, also delicious, definitely freshly made. I especially loved how the cheese was fried/melted like a crust on the outside of the quesadilla. I’ll be making an effort to come back here next time I’m in town.

Basura! We’ve been here twice. Staff is indifferent and the food isn’t that good. We’re from LA and unimpressed. Don’t let this place fool you– it’s not authentic Mexican or even west Coast Mexican… It’s just poser.

This place is the King of Burritos. I have been waiting for this place to be featured on Diner’s, Drive-Ins, and Dives. It is a dive, but a nice dive. The music is awesome, the tables and booths very sanitary, the food is out of this world. Get the burrito or burritodilla(Yes, a burrito in a quesadilla form). Choose from a dozen sauces, each climbing up the hotness scale. Proteins include chicken, steak, pork, shrimp, or potato(which tastes like chicken). The guacamole is made fresh.

If you are into bad food and terrible service where employees don’t actually care what you need or want and stare at you while you eat as if they spit in your food. THISPLACEISRIGHTFORYOU: D They had chairs to sit in. So that was cool I guess.

Extremely rude workers and very average ingredient quality. Not worth the price or the smug reactions to your order.

Wow! This place was really great! We stopped here on a very cold day in February, after a funeral. The warm atmosphere and food was great after standing outside in 10 °F weather with the wind blowing at the cemetery. I think it’d be great in any situation, but on that day, it was like magic! They have quesadillas if you have a kid who can’t eat their giant burritos(I wouldn’t recommend them for anybody under 14 – 16, as they’re huge), and the normal chips and queso sides. It’s a typical Mexican-American place as far as the selections go. However, they take extra special care to make their selections particular to them. The burritos all have special names and different ingredients. There is a whole shelf of different sauces, which are also sold in bottles at the store. I couldn’t find one I didn’t like(other than two that were far too spicy for my wimpy self). The soda machine is amusing and contains joke names for the beverages, like«Dihydrogen Monoxide» for water. Overall, a good experience and I’d go again if I’m in the area.

Not great, but not awful. I liked the vegetarian options for the inside of the burrito, but they have boring and tasteless flour tortillas and my burrito instantly fell apart. Nice staff and good hot sauces though.

Decent food — just felt uncomfortable with the workers — all were tatttooed up and had those stupid ear stretching ear plugs things. I didnt feel«hipster» enough to be at this place. I wont return. Food was above average — but the whole vide isnt my scene.

My husband is a HUGE fan of burritos so h took me to this place awhile back and the food was good. Burritos are HUGE! I couldn’t eat it all. The chips that come with the burritos are good(my fav) I’m not a fan of the salsa. Only because I like the saucy salsa lol. The atmosphere is down to earth(hipster style, scooter crowd) we have never came across any out of place employees. Out of place I mean rude. Staff know their stuff and bring your food to you! I always say other people’s ratings help but to me this spot is more or less a go check it out for yourself spot. It’s different. Negative side is parking sucks lol but hey it its downtown Lancaster Go check it out

First, the negative reviews I see about this place are absolutely ridiculous. They sound like they are written by people who only visit the big chain burrito places. And there is one that says«every time I eat here I get sick!» Um, stop eating here. And go to your family doctor for a check up. Excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food is always very fresh. I usually get the small steak burrito. It’s just the right size. I love all the sauces that they have available. And yes, the soda machine might confuse you for a minute, but it’s not that hard to figure out. Great atmosphere(always fun music) just adds to the reason to visit. I highly recommend it.

Okay so I really don’t understand the array of negative reviews for this place. They make great burritos, and don’t charge extra for guac — a radical notion! Fresh ingredients, fun atmosphere, and a dank hot sauce collection. I’m not even from Lancaster but I always go out of my way to grab a burrito when I’m passing through. If I lived closer, it would be a serious problem. Potato burrito with texas hold ‘em hot sauce is the way 2 goooo.

An acquaitance told me about this restaurant and told me that the service was subpar and the food was terrible. My wife and I wanted to check this place out, so we did this past Friday night. As we walked in, we thought it looked nice and the atmosphere seemed friendly. The service staff were casually dressed and were friendly when they asked for our order. The food, however, left much to be desired. My wife ordered their«signature» burrito, the«Roburrito». I ordered nachos. She didn’t enjoy her burrito that much, and my nachos looked like they could have been made in my home microwave. And they tasted like nachos that could havce been made my home microwave. Probably won’t go back here again, and won’t be recommending it to friends in the future. This place is in need of a makeover on all fronts, but most of all, the food. A restaurant can look nice inside and look presentable, but if you don’t have good food, you won’t last very long.

Ok. Surf & Turf burrito the steak is great. Shrimp = ehh. Sauces are good. Overall everyone else was just like, «OK, but I’ve had better». Nothing earth shattering. And not impressed at the lack of signature burrito options.

I’m going to agree with a lot of the other kind of negative-ish reviews here. First, the staff is just downright… uncaring? Unconcerned? Upon walking in, we were looking at the menu, and standing back from the cash register to look at what was on the blackboard(burritos, I know, but there are a few other things like nachos), and the guy just started asking our name and what not. Not given any time to think, not asked if we had been there before, no explanations offered. Just unfriendly. Very much like a drive-thru at McDonald’s without the ‘would you like to try our” deal. After ordering drinks, we were not given cups, and when we asked about the cups, he just rolled his eyes and said ‘they are next to the machine.’ Why… did I pay for this cup? The soda was awful(carbonation/syrup wayy off), and strangely labeled to try and be hip/cute. The food was OK. I’d rather go elsewhere, as I found the burrito had far too much sour cream for me, and I wasn’t a fan of the steak. The guacamole is good. I won’t say the ingredients are not fresh — they seemed fresh and a decent enough quality for the price. I just really couldn’t stand the atmosphere. And the burrito wasn’t anything that surpassed any other place in the area. The only saving grace is the fact that guacamole comes default, but I suppose that is only amazing given you like guacamole. If you don’t, I’m not sure I would choose this place over others if I were you. Be sure to try some of the hot sauces, which are along the wall that the door you come in through is on.

So tired of average burrito places that have nothing to offer. A fake meat, or vegan protein(tofu anyone?) would make this place better. Something other than white rice, or a flour tortilla, how about a menu board on the wall showing what is available to come into your burrito? A california-style burrito place it may be attempting, but the pennsylvania shines right through. So basically you get to order from a vague menu, from people who don’t want to explain what is in the burrito, and are given a bland plate of food to eat. if it weren’t for the sauces, this place would not have a leg to stand on. I dare you to eat one without the added condiments… meh. I was bummed. The average burrito place that was here was replaced but something less. I loathe paying for food that I can make at home better — for far less. Meat eaters will prob dig this. Meh, I’ll pass next time.
