Love this place. Friendly people and way much more variety than Remy. Prices are good and they even have hot foods daily. Mark and Jeff are cool people.

I will return and am happy with the service as they were kind and helpful. Sadly they didn’t have a lot of things I needed to make sushi which I felt they would have and I was looking for such as avocados, wasabi powder, bonito flakes, and some other things I was hoping to find. We found other things we weren’t looking for so I was happy.

Very friendly, excellent service, and the number oriental store here in AV. Though there are some things that pricey all in all check it out I’ve yet to try the Lechon Kuwait $ 12 a lb.

I really like this place. Jeff, the clerk or manager or owner, really makes me feel welcome here every time I come. I love getting fish here flavored with everything(salt, pepper, garlic, lemon pepper). They fry it for free and it’s delicious and affordable. The calamari was a little something you have to get used to. I wasn’t a fan. They also have halo halo(mixed ingredients dessert with ice cream and condensed milk) and other desserts in the back. They also have 5 – 6 hot plate food selections in the back. Occasionally they will have some great sales on items they want to move. $ 0.99 for a big fish sauce. Wow.

Excellent service. Very friendly. They provided a tip and showed my wife that buying frozen cassava was cheaper and easier then peeling and shredding fresh cassava. And it was. The cassava dessert was awesome. We also had a fried Tilapia which was incredible tasting with the salt and seasoning added – and inexpensive. The store clerk at this market thought taro root was root celery aka celeriac – a hard to find vegetable in the U.S. It was the only issue we had.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The place looks like a hole in the wall. You walk in and the place is larger then it appears. They have a nice selection of fresh fish. They fry them for free. The store staff was very very helpful. They made recommendations and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. One of the best Asian markets I have found in the AV.
