This is more like 3.5, but of course we can’t give half stars. I love Puma shoes, socks and clothing. So of course I was going to take advantage of stopping here and seeing what deals I could get. It was just my luck that the day I stopped by they were having a 50% sale. That meant everything in the store was for my picking, and my wallet was about to hurt. There was a lot to browse through, so I took my time. I was approached by a staff member working and was asked if I needed any help. All I needed to know is if they had this certain shoe in my size. They did not. No worries, I’ll keep looking, and when I did, I found another perfect pair of shoes and was on my way to the checkout line. Now, as to why I say this is a 3.5 star place. When I got to the checkout line, it was like a mile long, with one person working. This one person was very talkative with everyone that came through. Which wore at not only my patience, but every other person that was standing in line. When I finally got to the register, I almost made it out of the store and it was like I was held hostage by the guy behind the counter. I get that he needed to see my ID as I was using my card. Then he started badgering me about buying socks. If I would have wanted socks, I would have picked them up. I know you need to make a quota for each pair of shoes sold, you need a pair of socks going out the door as well. I worked in a shoe store once, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to go by those rules, especially when I already have a dresser drawer full of Puma socks. After fighting off that, I get bombarded to hand over my email address so I can receive some«valuable discounts and coupons.» I said no thanks and thought that would be it, turns out it wasn’t. I got the«oh come on, sign up» speech and when I said that I already am signed up via the Pittsburgh store he was determined for me to give him my email address so he could make sure I was in the system. Come on man, my family is about to leave me here in Lancaster because you can’t shut up and get the point that I’m not interested.
