I usually always have a good experience at this store, today must have been the exception.
Went in to get a lock rekeyed, they had just done another one for me last week. The guy that waited on me in the millwork station was very rude and not helpful.
I hate lowes because you can never get help. Here today I got crappy help.
I ended up going to Slaters hardware .they took care of me !

Pretty dang awesome store: Full of products! Big aisles. I never feel crowded! Great big Gardening Center. The gal that checked us out was polite and efficient. Easy parking. And not to far away — yay!

My mother is 86 years old and went to this store and needs a riding cart. This store only has 1 and it was in use the first time she went there and was broke on her second visit. I guess they are not elderly friendly?

Went into buy trim, and knew they had an air hose for 8.99. I picked it up and asked the associate. She looked and as she did, she quickly moved a $ 22 price tag in front of it. I asked her what she just did, and she said nothing and the hose was $ 22. I asked for a manager, and mike came over. He replied it was $ 22. I left went to Lowes.

We had a horrible time here. The guy helping us with our cabinet was the most unfriendly person. He provided absolutely no help. We would have been better off ordering online or going somewhere else. If we had not already picked our cabinets we would have gone elsewhere. We should have anyway.

When customers ask about something they are unsure about or don’t really know the name of the product, there is no need to act all elitist and talk down to them. This is the first and last time I’m going in there

We just purchased a front door and garage doors from Mike C. He was fantastic! This was the best home improvement store experience I’ve had. He was super friendly and knowledgable.
I frequently shop other home improvement stores and Menards’ prices are always lower than their competition. The merchandise is top quality too!
Well worth the trip.
