McDonald’s

If you’ve seen one McDonald’s, you’ve seen them all. I tend to stop here on late nights in the office, when there’s less of a line so I don’t have to bother with the double ordering drive-​thru station. The lines in the morning during the work week are pretty ridiculous.
This location also has a horrible parking situation — very few spots, and you can easily get blocked in by the drive-​thru line. There’s a gravel «lot» on the side of the building, but again, you have to watch for the cars coming out of the drive-​thru — they don’t always watch for pedestrians.

I went there Friday night October 3, 2014 around 6:15pm.
I was third in line. The first customer was waiting, he got his order the people forgot to give him something and had to correct it. 2^nd person ordered Large fries, they gave him medium fries. The male clerk said to the customer «the medium will be alright. ok?» The female clerk said to the customer, said «don’t worry I’ll fix it, he’s not very smart». My turn. For my daughter I ordered a chicken nugget Happy Meal, no fries please (she doesn’t like fries) Apples & Gogurt in lieu of the fries instead. Ketchup for the sauce, and to drink a chocolate shake with NO cool whip or cherry. Now the waiting begins. And while I’m waiting (15 minutes), I hear horse playing, ass grabbing, jovial carrying on, smattered with low grade arguing. Then I see a milkshake being made (not mine). The guy put too much whip cream in, it that it came out of the top of the dome lid hole. So what does he do? He uses his bare finger to even it off. Holy crap.
Finally my order comes, I of course double check. And there on top is fries. no ketchup packs, and no milkshake. I had to wait for the shake which came with cool whip and cherry in it. … And these people want to be paid $ 15 an hour?

It is what it is. It’s another McD’s that is much the same, no better than all the rest. I’d love to say something witty and incisive here but the place really doesn’t merit it. It’s just another McD’s.
