We drove 1 ½ hours to get to Little Brook & are sooo glad we did. There are many different orchids here… from the very common to the exotic. This is a hidden gem in Lancaster. Definitely will make the trip again.

I did a day trip to Little Brook Orchids to pick out an orchid as a gift. I ended up getting 4 total, including two oncidiums, a dendrobium and a rodrumnia. Only one was in bloom at the time, but what I loved about this place is that they have so many specimens that even if you don’t buy one that is in bloom, they likely have others available that will show you what the flowers and/​or fragrance will be like once it does bloom. The owner and staff were super helpful in helping my pick out low-​maintenance orchids as well. If you’re an orchid fan, or wish to purchase one for the first time, definitely stop by if you’re in Lancaster!

Trey is super knowledgeable and really took his time to explain how to properly care for orchids. He also helped to revive one that I previously did not know how to care for. A lot of beautiful varieties of orchids are available for purchase.
