ok KFC has been around forever!!! I must say being from the south east that I prefer my fried chicken like they served on plantations for years before the Col decided to make up a kentucky version. So here goes original recipe– do not care for, chicken skin and breading should not be soft and the spices dont give me any smiles either extra crispy– great when first cooked but then I’ll pass mashed potatoes and gravy– i prefer this kind of gravy(not that bojangles sausage gravy) and they are best when pipin hot the best feature I believe are those hot wings, they are addictive and so good. just the right kick of heat with out sauce the grilled is a nice choice to the fried type, especially if watching your diet. now they just need to sell fried chicken with that hot wing coating and I will leave bojangles forever!
