We have a home there and he has in the past, stopped by, fixed the problem and NOT charged us!!! saying that he was close and it was not big deal. This guy is the real deal, we have used him again and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s very honest, charges a very fair price and does great work. A compassionate, knowledgeable person.
