I paid Essis & Sons over $ 3000 to have a floor installed in my kitchen. There is something is working its way up through the flooring (nail, pebble, not sure) I called Essis and they said that it wasn’t their fault and that I would have to pay to have it fixed. Do they think that I pulled up the flooring and put something underneath it then re-​glued and re– grouted it? They have a great selection but that does no good if they don’t stand by their work.

There is a wonderful staff at Essis! They helped me pick out 2 rugs — one for the family room and one for the bedroom. Great quality! I highly recommend Essis — ask for Alan!
