Came here for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The staff were not friendly and just seemed like they were getting through the day. Not even a smile. The only bright spot was that the food was hot and it came out in record time. The gentlemen making the orders was so efficient and friendly. He really saved my experience.

They always mess up my order, drive threw line is always out to the highway and slow. For some strange reason if you order more then 6+ doughnuts they already have them picked out for you. NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING BEFORE! Someone should fire the management in this location because obviously they are doing it all wrong!

Today was national donut day which I didn’t know until i got home. I ordered a medium ice coffee and the cashier at the drive thru customer service was very poor and not friendly at all. I did not even get a free donut with my purchase and no receipt either!

owner treats his employees like crap and management is terrible. this is why they have such high employee turnover and mistakes. i feel bad for the employees. the one manager likes to yell at employees. they run out of stuff all the time and half the machines don’t work. i love dunkin donuts, just not this one. also they try not to take customer coupons.

They do not seem able to give you coffee without cream. My order is not that difficult. Regular coffee with sugar, no cream. They need employees that can focus on the customer for 30 seconds without being distracted by whatever joke/​story is being told in the back.
One time ordered a dozen glazed donuts and was handed a single plain cake donut after paying my 7 bucks and change.

I’m a Dunkin Donuts Junkie! I actually loved this DD, I asked if it was new since it was the largest DD I’ve ever been to and believe me, I’ve been to many many DD’s, the employees were very nice, one day I was there in the morning and in the evening and they actually remembered me, they were very nice, friendly and yes, there was a trainee at the counter but I’m a patient person and her manager was very nice teaching her the way, and she was a nice polite young lady who actually enjoyed taking care of her customers. Very clean, very nice place!

The employee turnover continues…
My friend and I had breakfast here again this week and saw two new employees being trained. Well, that is, they were being told what to do occasionally. Other than that they were standing around, or maybe wiping off the counter.
My donut was good.
