Great place to find the exact shoe your looking for. I’ve been here many times. Yesterday i shopped at DSW and encountered one of the managers. I’ve never seen her before, but I’ll never forget her. She wasn’t very nice and probably shouldn’t be in customer service. She made me not want to come back.

i needed a pair of dress shoes to fit my poor little hobbit feet that are more at home in a birkenstock than any kind of «dress pump» or fashion wear. i walked in and within moments was greeted by andy and two other employees who made it their mission to help me find a sensible, comfortable, and mid-​priced heel.
i really did not think this kind of customer service was even possible at a chain or at this price point. i have been proved very wrong! not only did i get some non-​condescending fashion advice, but i found a WIDE dress shoe for $ 50 that is honest to god comfortable.
