Donatos Lancaster West

This is one of two Donatos locations in Lancaster, OH. This is the only location to offer two party rooms. One in the basement and one on the upper top floor. The upper top floor party room is a little larger and has natural light from the surrounding windows. The service is good, sometimes slow, yet the servers always get back with you throughout your visit.
Donatos food is always fresh and the color is great along with the hot temperature of the food when it is served.
Nice pizzas, subs, salads even dessert. My favorite pizza, the Donatos Mariachi Beef has always been my go-​to when I order in or out.
The party rooms are a great deal. The larger number of people in your party get the top floor party room. The smaller number of people get the basement which in years past was better than today.
The basement has a foul smell which seems to be something with the bathrooms/​septic system and when the door at the top of the stairs is open, if smokers are on the patio, second-​hand smoke filters down into the basement.
Let me add that the party rooms cost nothing additional, and there is no minimum order, as log as you order something and be sure to tip your waitress if she is taking good care of your group.
The eat in area on the middle floor is small yet a nice area to eat your meal. Good for people of all ages, families and children.

I tried to like this pizza but it is nothing to write home about. The table was sticky and everything is served paper and plastic. The salad I ordered stated «mixed greens» It was not. That is unless your including the brown decaying pieces. I would not eat here sgain.
