Dermatology Associates of Lancaster

Terrible experience! First they told me the wrong location. And rescheduled me for the next day. How does that happen when I waited 2 months for the first appointment and only got that because of a cancellation. It would have been 6 months.
Upon arriving the waiting room was bland. No music no TV and a rude receptionist. She was more concerned with giggling with her co– workers then the patients in the waiting room.
She was rude to an elderly women who was hard of hearing and totally ignored another women who was trying to get her attention. We waited half an hour only to find out that the other patient had been waiting well over an hour. She asked the rude receptionist how many doctors were in. There was one doctor in, which meant we were behind the women who had been waiting an hour. Don’t know how many people were already back there waiting.
I was livid! I was not waiting. This office has the worst customer service. I told her that and she did not care. I decided to leave and told her I was not paying and I was going to find another dermatologist. Do not go here unless you have a lot of time on your hands and you liove to be treated poorly!
