Del Taco

Fast food is fast food. It’s about ⁸⁰⁄₂₀ on weather or not you are happy. This location gets it right most the time. Tonight it was good and I was happy. Food was made quick for a Friday night. It tasted good. I am happy.

Waited in the drive-​thru for 32 minutes. Absolute joke!
The last time I came it was a 25 minute wait. Should’ve learned my lesson. Their food isn’t good enough to wait that long. Never again.

I like the food but the Mexican ladies in the drive thru are super stingy with the inferno sauce they act like they make it themselves. .I always have to end up going inside and snagging a handful.

I truly hope I have the correct Del Taco. If this is one near the Taco Bell (across the street) I wish I would have gone there. The lady serving me at approximately 12:30 am was the rudest person I could have asked for at such an late/​early 24 hour fast food service. She had to service me at a register that was out of site of the menu above. So when I tried to point out the food I wanted she looked at me like «what do you want». Having trouble relaying to her what I wanted she just entered into the system what she assumed what I wanted which is want the cooks prepared. I took a long time (15 – 20 minutes) and I asked her for the approximate time when my order would be ready and the told me they were taking care of the the drive thru orders FIRST. I was then informed the the order prepared was not as I requested, it was the the order below the actual order. I informed the person preparing of the actual meal I requested, all the while the lady who placed my order ignored me, turning her back to me as tho she wasn’t trying to hear me. I tried looking and asking her to repeat my order to which she would not respond. I felt so disrespected. When I got home found that my taco’s were less than what was normally presentable and tossed them in the trash.

I have to say this location is just about the same with its competitor across the street Taco Bell. The wait times are the same and the atmosphere. One thing this del taco should do though is put a little more meat in the tacos because try hardly give any. It wouldn’t surprise me if people went across the street for more meat at the same price.
