Curb Crafters

So I’ve been trying to get you guys to come out to my house to do my backyard. The original proposal you guys gave me last year would have cost $ 10,000 to do all of the backyard. Since we really couldn’t afford to pay all of that we asked you if we can do it in stages and you said no problem. You told me that you guys were busy so I said that’s OK I will wait. The first appointment you guys gave me we had to cancel because the money we were going to use do the backyard we had to pay the IRS with since we owed taxes but I told you that I will contact you again to reschedule once we figure out how were going to pay for the backyard. You guys gave me another appointment for May 26^th to do the first stage which were to plant trees and do the curbing and irrigation and I can’t even get a hold of you guys. My husband and I have left messages and no call backs. The only way I’ve been able to communicate to you is through Facebook and I just noticed that you guys blocked me! Why??? I only wanted to get pricing on how much it’s going to cost, I didn’t think I was being unreasonable. I love your guys’ work and I’ve been watching your work for several years now and I told myself one day that I would get you guys to do my yard when I buy my own house. I only wanted to use you guys because of your beautiful work Is it because we wanted to buy the trees from our friend that has a nursery? I mean I still wanted you guys to do the curbing and irrigation. I just don’t understand why you guys would block me. That’s too bad cuz we are actually going to be putting in a swimming pool in the backyard and I was going to ask you guys for some help in designing the concrete and curbs to tie in with the pool but I guess you don’t want my business! If you didn’t want to work with me that’s all you could have just said was that you won’t be able to do the work, I’m pretty understanding and would have accepted that but instead you guys decided to block me instead on Facebook. Is that really how you guys run your business? That’s just too bad because I am in the real estate business and would have referred you to all my family, friends and clients.

I made appointments with them twice, 10 months apart, and they didn’t show up to either one. No call ahead that they wouldn’t be coming or even after, like they didn’t even care. We were gonna have them redo our entire backyard with curbing, artificial grass, etc. I heard from a few people that the owner is a jerk but I was willing to deal with it to get my yard done. STAY AWAY!!!

Craig and his crew did sod work for us 4 years ago. They did an amazing job. They show up when they say they are coming, work hard, did an excellent job of cleaning up and the yard looks amazing. I now need other work done and after reading the other review I know I am calling Curb Crafters!!!

This company is awesome! Craig and his guys are very friendly and do an amazing job. We recently had them tear out our grass and put in turf, curbing, plants and a slab of cement. They did both front and back yards. They were very helpful during the rebate process also. When the person from the county came out to inspect the yards and make sure the turf and plants were done. He told me it was one of the best yards he had ever seen. He sees a lot of them as that is what he does. Not only does my yard look amazing they were much less than ever other company I had gotten bids from which were many.
I would and have told anyone that would listen if you decide to go the drought resistant lawn route, call Curb Crafters. They are professional and HONEST which is not something you always find in today’s world.
