First, you can’t get better in Lancaster and if you think you do then you don’t know what you have missed.
Second, not sure how you know that the excuse they have given is a blatant lie unless you happen to have seen someone claiming to be sick, and not but… just a little clarification, this is not a salon where you are a number… where you are $$$… where someone else (who may be inferior) would take over… this is a salon where they personally take ownership of your hair, your look, and they get to know you, they are experts in the their respective fields and they are professionals.
I have lived in Chicago, San Francisco, New York, and have paid a lot of money for average hairstyles and highlights. It has been awhile since I had a really good, no, great haircut and color. While their services are just like big city, and a la carte like a big city, their prices are not. If you aren’t happy, they will correct it. They will talk to you… they will work with you. You can’t beat that and that is better than most places like… NYC, LI, Chicago and SFo. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair, style and color!
This is my favorite salon … the only thing better would be my own personal hairstylist

This is the best salon I have gone to in the 9 years I have lived in Lancaster County. I love my cut and color. Highly recommend. My next appt is already scheduled.

Loved this salon. The moment you walk in, they greet you and offer you a beverage. Tina, the colorist was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and asked to see pictures so she knew exactly the look I was going for. I wanted a Balayage, similar to Miranda Kerr, however I had been dying my hair repeatedly black for four years so I knew that it would not be an easy task. I liked that Tina was honest with me. She said she could give me a similar look but not as light as I wanted. Going that light at once with all the black dye build up would damage my hair. So she suggested a balayage with chestnut colors and the next time I come back, she would brighten it up even lighter. After all the dying and cutting, my hair came out gorgeous!!! Definitely came out exactly like she said it would. And ladies I definitely suggest getting the «Ny blowout,» my hair looked great for days!
P.s Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, they didn’t cancel or change my appointment around like the other reviewer. Turns out when your stylist is sick, it’s best they stay home so they don’t come in and get their client sick as well ;)

Completely unreliable and inconsistent! They’ve canceled my appointments 3 times with blatant lies as excuses!
