Why can I leave negative numbers? Roy is a flake of the first degree. Made an appointment to meet at 9 am to fix my forklifts in November. I paid an employee to sit there and wait for him. After we left many messages and texts asking if he was coming, he finally called 6 hours late and said he had an emergency forklift call. Huh? Guess my broken equipment wasn’t important. He did eventually come at 3pm and looked at them. He said he would be back in two weeks to fix them. Never returned calls or texts. I tried many times over next two months to contact him. We finally called from a different number and he answered. Said he would come at 9am and that they never use the other phone number. Again paid someone to wait for him and guess what? He didn’t show again. He did answer one text saying he had an emergency forklift call in Long Beach. What are the odds? Two emergency calls on the two days he was supposed to fix our equipment. OMG! I hope none of them died. He never answered texts or calls again that day. I even texted asking if he was really coming because I was again paying someone to wait for him. No response. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The WORST company I have every dealt with. Finally found out what the emergency was. He’s brain dead and his company should be too.
