I have been using CCC for years. Dan, the owner, really knows his stuff and his staff is just great. This time our ASUS laptop had a few issues. Dan could have recommend a new computer but instead provided a better solution with a new hard drive, RAM and a tuneup for a lot less cost. i now have a new computer. It is screaming fast.

kudos to complete computer care. had an old windows xp reworked several years ago and they did a great job. just got a new hp 23″ all-in-one and they remotely downloaded the EMSISOFT anti-virus-anti-malware to it, were very friendly, very efficient and not overly expensive. thanks to the owner and his continued competence and courtesy, I will continue to utilize all his computer services as needed and would truly recommend that anyone needing computer repair/services take it to complete computer care. thanks again for your fine service. The technician in there saved my CAR. I was experiencing some car problems and it all boiled down to my electronic control unit(ECU) having leaky capacitors; this normally happens to old Lexus’ after about 15 – 20 years. I ordered the capacitors and tried to do it myself, but decided to turn to an expert mainly because I didn’t want to brick my ECU. He took on the challenge and gave me a warning on the risks that may arise. He was very professional about his craft and even consulted his friend who works on hotrod ECUs. About an hour and a half later, he was able to clean the circuit board and replace 9 capacitors. I reinstalled it and my car worked like charm! I’m no longer worried about my car having idling issues or stalling in the middle of the street which is a HUGE relief.

Very helpful, helped my husband who had an issue with a computer fan that he purchased from another company. If I knew this shop was here I would of certainly came back to repair my dying laptop. I will visit here again for all my computer help.

The people are nice, but unfortunately, when I took my computer in the keyboard worked great but had a lot of other problems. When I went and picked it up I was told I would need some malware and antivirus. Well the keyboard didn’t work anymore and I just recently found out that the malware was never installed correctly. I spent over $ 500.00 in there trying to fix my laptop but when I got it back it was worse off then when I took it in. I took it back in a few times but it never got fixed like I paid for. I was told that I should take it back in again, but I’m tired of wasting my gas and time. So I personally would NOT refer them to my worst enemy. Buyer beware.

I went in to purchase a 700 watt power supply for my desktop yesterday. The staff were very helpful and gave me a few tips to help troubleshoot my problem just in case I didn’t need the PSU to fix it. It ended up being the power supply. Everything is running smoothly again! Thank you!

I went into this store twice. I was debating buying a pre-built vs a custom build due to my needs. The first time I went in there was this really helpful person, we chatted about parts, brands, etc. It was really open forum of knowledge and it actually convinced me to go the custom built route. So I started researching parts and after coming up with a list I went back to the store to get more input. There was a different person there(i’m guessing the owner). When I stated I wanted to go over the parts I had picked out, he seemed really dubious. «I can’t give you advice.» Was the comment I received. I said I’m looking to see where I can downgrade on some selections and optimize others. «I wouldn’t know that. If you already picked your parts I can’t help you. This is a profit business we specialize in custom built computers.» I was confused by the oxymoron there… first he is telling me he wouldn’t have the knowledge to know what parts are better then others and in the same sentence he tells me he specializes in custom builts. I already knew about the builts. I was going to ask how much they would charge to put the parts together for me… but it became apparent it was an all or nothing service store. I work in business and the one thing that we always stress is the customer experience is the most important factor in running a successful business. Another approach would have been give me the list and let me tell you what I can do for you, see how my price point matches to yours. It was a missed opportunity that left me feeling dismissed and not worthy of his time. I wanted to spend money in there, but the hoarding of knowledge and failure to meet the levels of a good customer experience is really deterring me from wanting to do business with them and I’m sure they could use the business. So everyone else knows I did a price by price comparison on their website on what they charge for parts vs… buying elsewhere. And overall there was a 37% markup on parts which doesn’t include their labor costs. To the owner learn about customer service and working with consumers that may have a higher knowledge of technology. Your store was empty, I was the only one there. You could have spent the time and energy to talk computers and it would have more than likely garnered business. I’m a busy person and would have liked to hand over my choices and pay to have someone else build it. I give it two stars for the first person I talked to, that person drew me into the store a second time. That person was not a knowledge hoarder.
