I stumbled onto this store when I visited Lancaster last year and was greatly impressed with the selection and quality of clothing they offer. I signed up for a store credit card, and their rewards card and they also had a promo Buy 6 pairs of pants (bottoms) and get the 7^th pair free!
The Bottom promo was ending yesterday so I took a trip there this weekend to buy my 6^th pair and get my free pair. The pants I wanted to purchase were $ 50 but they had a Buy 1 and get 1 at 50% off. I naturally thought I was going to have to pay the $ 50 and get the free pair for the $ 25 but they completely surprised me and said they give the higher dollar amount pant as the free pair and I only had to pay $ 25! I even questioned this and asked why because no other store does that and I was told — its their customer service and they want me to return as a customer! I was floored. I am now not just a customer, I am a FAN of this place!
Everything about this store is fabulous, their staff, their customer service, the clothing selection, accessories, even down to the way they wrap the clothing you purchase in tissue paper and the bags they use! I LOVE THIS STORE!!!
