I always use my first experience to gauge the quality of the instructor and see if I’ll tell my friends to go. Now I’ve been sharing with everyone to join! Especially, since the 1st class is for free right now!

Brenna is a really personable instructor who likes to get to know her students. I love that Brenna ends her classes with hot stones! Also, she is great about tailoring or offering alternatives for any injuries and gentling reminding students to adjust limbs to perfect poses. Definitely try her out, ASAP!
