A lot variety ! Big store has own Parkin spaces. I came in for soccer gloves and they actually had my size !!! That’s hard to find because I have small hands … Very clean

Big 5 is okay but unfortunately if you buy something for your swimming pool and need to return it and it’s still in the box don’t think about it they don’t return or exchange any yes I said any plastic products. This policy needs to be change

I stopped in yesterday and fell in love with a beach cruiser at a ridiculously low cost for the brand. I came back to purchase it today and it was ten minutes before closing. No one rushed me, but offered another color for the cruiser. I instantly feel in love with another beach seafoam bike, it was a little more than the other, but it was overall a better cruiser and walked away with a beauty!

As a former employee of Big 5 Sporting Goods in Lancaster, I know how hard everyone works. The employees are held to a high standard of how to treat customers. The sales people go out of their way to find you exactly what you need, and if it is not in the store they will write you a raincheck so you can purchase whatever it is you are looking for as quickly as possible. The prices are reasonable and there is always sales going on. I buy all my gym gear here. Nothing bad to say about the place.
