Service was pretty terrible. No one in the restaurant except us and it took eons to get waters. We had chicken fajitas and a combo plate. The fajitas had a weird Asian flavoring to them(???) and the combo plate was okay. All of this and I still would have given two stars but what I hated most was the cleanliness. I went to change my daughter in the restroom and there was poop on the changing table. The bathroom was destroyed and my husband said the same of his. The table and booth were both greasy. I watched two staff leave the bathroom without washing their hands and my husband said any male leaving couldn’t have had clean hands because the soap was out. Overall it was just gross.

Do not go here! Service is awful, chips are stale and you can smell the smoke from the smoking section as soon as you come in the door!!! Yuck!!!

Horrible experience. Rude waitstaff & bland mediocre food. Went on a Wednesday night to try their fajita special I ordered the combination chicken & beef when my plate arrived it’s seemed like I had ordered all chicken with only two small strips of beef when I asked the waitress why they had done that she looked at me crazy and said she could speak to manager because the cooks weigh the meat to make it even…(my meat to chicken ratio was definitely not even) the manager finally came to speak to me after what seemed like an eternity and replaced my plate. Ridiculously bland no flavor seems like they’ve never heard of salt or seasoning. Will never go back to this place.

This place is crap. It has definitely gone down over the years. Waitstaff is terrible. If you order multiple fajita combos they cut the meat all at once and divide it unevenly on each plate. One of my plates had two pieces. Then when you let staff know they look at you stupid. Then act like they don’t know English. Don’t waste your money go to Campuzano’s or Ojedas

Coming here on the recommendation of an acquaintance, we were not sure how it would be, but we were pleasantly surprised. We barely sat down before we were resented with warm, scratch-made tortilla chips, followed by individual empty bowls, which the server filled with a delicious, fresh-tasting salsa for dipping from a pitcher, and he kept the chips and salsa refilled throughout the meal. The locale is roomy and spacious, with windows that let in natural light. We ordered guacamole. I am avocado freak, and this was good, but it really needed a spritz of lime. I had lemons for my iced tea, so added those. We also had nachos which were perfectly loaded with goodies and they were not stingy with the melted cheese. Husband ordered pollo ranchero, a chiooeb breat cooked with a ranchero hot sauce, and he raved about the rice. The shrimp I ordered were very good, not overcooked. We had an enjoyable meal, good service, and the prices were more than fair. This is a keeper !

Horrible! There is a reason this place is always empty. New management sucks. The hostess was rude. Never greeted us but made us feel as if we were keeping her from the more important task of rolling silverware. We sat for 15 minutes with no server. Flagged down someone and asked for the manager. Five minutes later no manager so we walked out. We will never go back.

I go here a few times a week and it’s so good! I have tried plenty of their lunch dishes and it’s always so delicious. The servers are attentive and knowledgeable. The chef gets fresh vegetables every day and you can tell! I’ve also hosted events here, fundraisers and company Christmas parties and the management and staff are great. For the fundraisers we get a buffet with enchiladas and beans and rice and even made to order quesadillas. The restaurant is large and has a great menu, highly recommend!

The service was great this time. The staff was very attentive. I had the chicken and shrimp fajitas, it was okay this time. I don’t know who cooked the beans today, but they were delicious.

C’ant give it no stars. Yikes. This place is sketchy. Terrible service. Got up and left. Servers don’t care. Sat with a group for 20 minutes and never even got a drink. Don’t bother with this place. Chips old and salsa like ketchup.

Great place to have a private reunion, they have a private room for parties separate from the bar and the regular dinning room…

Margarita Mondays! Who would have guess you could get line dances and swing lessons at a Mexican restaurant. The instructors are friendly and full of energy. Great teachers for you beginners. The DJ Romeo is an excellent feature playing all the latest music with plenty of opportunities for u non swingers. As far as the food I only had chips salsa and guacamole which was great. For you drink lovers a full bar with your favorites at a reasonable price and specials throughout the night. So if you want a little pick up in your Monday routine drop because you will have a great time. Tip: dress casual. There is a cover charge $ 5. Plenty of ladies. Get there early bc it gets a little crowded

Came out with some co-workers for a few drinks after work. Friday, late afternoon to early evening. The place was pretty dead. Despite being slow and our only orders being drinks and appetizers, the service was slow. They were pretty nice, but slow. Unless you’re looking for light beer during happy hour, the drink prices are kinda steep. I made the mistake of ordering Shiner Bock. The tab left me feeling a little violated. Chips, salsa, tortillas, and other munchies were adequate. If you’re thirsty and happen to be in Lancaster, this might be an alright option for a few drinks with friends.

YUCK! This is by far the worst Mexican food I have ever had. And, yes, I have been to Panchos. I’m having a medical procedure done today that will require me to spend the night at the hospital. And my dog Beasley requested that my dad come babysit while I’m gone for the night. I had met my parents in Italy and brought my dad back to Dallas. We were both hungry and decided to stop here for dinner. The service was fine… the food… blech. My dad ordered the cheese enchiladas and I ordered the soft cheese tacos. both with charro beans and rice. The first thing I noticed was the color of the bowl of charro beans. RED. Never seen charro beans look like that before, never had them taste like that before either. I can’t quite describe. They were the best part of this meal. When the enchiladas/soft cheese tacos arrived… they looked normal, but then we started noticing the cheese on the inside. It was curdled. After a few bites of wondering WTF kind of cheese that could possibly be, we came to one realization. Reconstituted Cheese Powder. We immediately pushed our plates to the side, asked for our check… and came home and at peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. I have been passing this place at least twice a month for over 6 years and the sign was so big and inviting. It is obvious that this place stays in business by one-time customers drawn in by the sign.
