Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning

Wouldn’t you know it — heat wave and the A/​C craps out. Friends recommended Air Supply so I called and got an appointment the next morning. Got a call from Emil to give me his ETA (and also to make sure I was home). Couple diagnostic tests and it seemed to be out of refrigerant but after a short run the compressor died… it wasn’t just needing refrigerant.
Emil took the time to show me what was wrong with the old system and told me what my options were. This system used a nearly-​extinct refrigerant and Air Supply had purchased a few of these older units when the market was dying (for people exactly like me with an old system) The wife and I talked it over (her Father did heating and A/​C in Phoenix so she had a «feel» for what this could take) and immediately agreed. Couple hours later, Ivy (name??) was back with the new condenser unit to start the install and Emil showed up at the end of the day to do the final checks and DOUBLE-​Checks.
Very thorough, I’d recommend them to others (as they were recommended to me) You can have confidence that they’ll get it done right. Might not be the cheapest but they get it done right! (and THEY ARE LICENSED — a really BIG deal)

The heater went out and it was difficult to find someone to work within my budget. I reached out to Air Supply and they were willing to provide me with a free estimate. I scheduled an appointment and it was fast an easy. The technician came about 10 mins early for our scheduled appointment and was very friendly. He found the issue and provided us with the price which was much lower than anywhere else, so we went ahead with the service. After about 30 mins our heater was back up and running. He did a couple of checks and didn’t attempt to do an upsell. I’m very happy with the great service I received. They were extremely honest, and reasonable and I would highly recommend Air Supply to my family and friends.

No communication. Sloppy workmanship. I would not recommend this company.
