Very disappointed with this station. I started out loving it. The fuel was always clean and fresh. I filled here with diesel every time and when it came time to do my fuel filter, it still looked almost new. My problem resides with the money side of things. Since I was filling here every time, I decided to get a stripes card to consolidate my fuel purchases and also save $.05 every gallon. After fueling a few times, I realized I was not getting my discount that is promised with the stripes card. I tried it at the Copperas Cove stripes and got my discount every time. So I decided to contact the manager of the Lampasas location. She seemed very concerned and apologized. She promised to fix the glitch. I sent her receipts as requested to verify the discount wasn’t processing. She said she would have it fixed and contact me back very shortly. Well communication just completely dried up. I have even reached out to her and asked why she stopped replying to my emails. Still absolutely nothing and my discount still won’t process to this day. I get most of my fuel from the Valero now.

I’m no stranger to reviewing a gas station. It’s important to know what you can find at them, especially if you’re traveling in an area that you’re not too familiar with. Which I can say was the case on my first trip from Austin down to Abilene. After spending a good two hours on the road. You need a little stretching and Google Maps shows this as the last big area before the final stretch to Austin. So it made a good pit stop choice. The gas station is pretty big. I see a good amount of truck drivers filling up here every time I’ve stopped here. They have fairly clean bathrooms. I’ve been here all hours of the day and night and they’ve been clean. There are plenty of snacks and beverages to keep you awake on your trip. Hot food too if you need something warm in your belly. I don’t know what else to say. It’s a nice gas station and one of my usual stops whenever I make a trip to Austin.

Was great when it opened… food was very good and I actually got enough food on my plate… later I got small portions & food was cold. last times I walked in and checked the food and walked out… today I got some chicken legs out of the warmer and both were bruised badly… sorry but you lost this faithful customer
