Decent, yet pricey, lattes and okay cookies, cash only place. Not memorable at all with the exception of the cute little signs they have around the place.

My husband and stop by this place because they serve espresso. The Cappuccino we order was nice and strong! There were a few tables if you decide to sit. They also have ice cream which I saw many patron having. The only downside to this place is CASHONLY! I will definite come back to try their lattes. We came back a week later and a different person was behind the counter that made our lattes. It was horrible! This place is not consistence. Too bad… it could be great!

The ice cream was fine. But the Woman behind the counter was rude. I requested napkins for my children and she gave me one. One. This is an ice cream place and the kids have ice cream dripping all down their shirts and she gives me one napkin. This on top of her generally rude disposition. I tried several times to get someone to take my order,. They obviously don’t need the business. Avoid this place if possible. There are plenty of other places in Lambertville.

This place is just annoying… they only accept cash(not cool when you’re charging almost $ 10 for 2 lattes… and oh by the way, it’s the 21st century) and while I was in there, as their only customer, I made a quick and quiet 2 minute phone call to my mom to which I was told firmly by one of the workers(who seemed like the owner), that I should go outside if I want to talk on the phone. I was the only one in there, so exactly who was I disturbing with my quiet phone call? Oh and she even acknowledged that there was no sign about their library rule so really, how was I to know? On top of that, the latte was not worth the inconvenience or the cost. I won’t be returning, there are too many other good options nearby to waste my time there again.

Stopped by for some ice cream after watching fireworks along the Delaware. Tried cappuccino chip and strawberry ice cream. Ice cream was good and the girls working were friendly. Only reason for 3 stars would be for the cash only as they don’t accept card which can be inconvenient.

Sadly I could not buy coffee here because they only accept cash despite having an iPad as the primary cashier interface. I’ve helpfully pasted some solutions to this below and hope the owners decide to join the 21st century. When I asked why they only took cash, one person glibly replied«so you know how much you can spend» which implies to me that the management is incapable of managing their own money electronically, therefore requiring their customers to pay cash to compensate. Best of luck guys.

Slowest, worst service ever. I kept thinking, this coffee is going to be amazing, since it’s taking this dude 15 minutes to make it. They only had one barrista, and even discussed how having more than that it’s silly. This guy was the most inept coffee-maker I’ve ever seen, COULDNOT multitask. He poured the cocoa into the cup first, taking like 5 small ½ teaspoons at a time instead of just adding it all at once. Then he did the same thing with the sugar. Then he methodically measured out the espresso and tamped it down 12 times, putting all his damn weight on it. Then he got the soymilk and poured a bit, then a bit more, then a bit more into the carafe, and then proceeded to steam it — mind you, he still hadn’t actually started the espresso. It just took SO long for him to do anything. And it was HIS place, so it wasn’t like it was his first day. Also, his mom(the cashier) let some woman cut in front of us, after we’d already waited 10 minutes. We actually walked across the bridge just to skip Starbucks and support a local business… we immediately regretted that decision. In the end, the coffee was average… at best.

Very cute interior! Vanilla soy latte(iced) was great! The staff was strange… they seemed kind of confused and fumbling. One of them was very kind though. I’d return to this establishment!

Awful… Run!!! The cranberry-orange scone was tasteless. There was only two cranberries in the entire thing, and it was much softer than I was expecting it to be. Also much larger and sadly that isn’t always good. The cappuccino was okay but more expensive than Starbucks. Maybe their ice cream is better?

This coffee house in Lamberville serves excellent regular coffee that I liked. First when I knew that the coffee is self-service after receiving the cup, I had to doubt and lower my expectation for the taste of coffee. But in fact they were way better than average coffee shops’. It was pleasant surprise, I wonder what kind of beans they are using. I reccomend to chose the one called special dark roast there as they take self service style for regular coffee. Their pumpkin long bar sweets… that I cannot think of the name right now(I asked my friend what it’s called because I was always seeing them at cafes and never tried before) They also have small Art Gallery Space in back of the café space which seemed also could have seat. This place does not try too hard to be fashionable, cool, or behave like trendy, and that is great. They have their own slow relaxed vive of old fashioned local coffee house. I wish if I had this café in my neighbor.

Cute place right in the heart of the Bridge Street corridor. Very nice cappuccino hand made from an impressive non automatic machine with a skillful barista hard at work knocking out drinks. Also had an ice cream — coffee with chips — it was nice sweet and creamy but had about no coffee flavor! Overall a nice place but if you like strong coffee flavor in your ice cream chose another flavor — my fault for not asking for a taste!

My boyfriend and I stopped in here very quickly to grab some coffee for our late night drive back to Northern Virginia. The place was very cute and quaint(and warm, thankfully!) and I would have liked to have had more time to poke around. The girl behind the counter was due to close in about 15 – 20 minutes and had already done much of the preliminary stuff. She looked a little confused and flustered to see us. She pulled a decent espresso for my boyfriend but(as is so often the case for some reason) was unfamiliar with a café au lait. When we explained what it was, she handed me a cup to fill from the airpot sitting behind me, which I thought a touch odd. There wasn’t really enough for my drink but she seemed so scattered I was hesitant to say anything. Also, while she was pulling the espresso, I was poking around and looking at the ice cream and sweets with interest, yet she never asked if we wanted anything other than our beverages.(I would have liked to try at least one of the ice creams, despite the cold, and maybe get a little something to nibble on during the drive.) I’d like to try this place again to give them another chance. I think it was a timing and personnel situation; can’t imagine it’s always like that here.

We came in here after a day of tubing and a delicious lunch. We were specifically looking for ice cream and told to come here. I immediately liked it, because it was adorable, and they had honest to goodness hand dipped icecream. Yum! I asked about a flavor called Elvis that looked that Chocolate Marshmallow to me, and the lady enthusiastically told me that there was chocolate peanut butter banana. What? I had to try it, and she very graciously not only offered me a spoonful, but she insisted that two of my friends try it as well! Then, I inquired about the butter almond, and I got a spoon of that too! I finally settled on a sugar cone of butter almond, and she asked if I wanted some Elvis on top! Of course I did!($ 3 for a small dish or cone.) She was just so nice, and it was lovely. They also have good iced coffee(according to my friend). There were kids there, so I would say it’s kid friendly. And I noticed sandwiches and bagels on the menu as well for $ 3-$ 6.

Quaint little place in the heart of Lambertville, NJ The coffees are decent, but the selection is rather limited. My wife ordered a cappuccino that was ¾ foam!!! They sell various cakes and pastries that they get from Cramers Bakery in Yardley. Good stuff except for the fact that always seem to be out of or almost out of everything. We have been there at various times and it always seems to be the case. Maybe they should consider actually ordering more instead of the bare minimum. They also have an ice cream counter but I have never tries it so I can’t comment on that. The place is small with limited seating, so if you go on the weekends with all the tourists there, you may have a hard time sitting. Stocking enough cakes and adding a few more selections of coffee would be a good start towards getting bumped a star. Not to mention putting some actual coffee in the cappuccino!!!
